...I have a pair of PBJ's and a pair of FH's... both are good, but for different reasons... PBJ's (the XX-005, at least) are slubbier... the FH's fade quicker...

I will say however, that Kiya is one of the most interesting and straight up knowledgeable people I know and Self Edge is my favorite store in San Francisco if not all of the US. Lando - I agree with you 10000% about Kiya and the folks at SE... Reason I'm shopping on the IH UK site for SE stuff is that I can't get it in the US.... I've ordered numerous times from SelfEdge and I can only say great things about their service, knowledge and the products they carry...

is it much harder fading the 19ozs than the 15oz?

...generally speaking, the heavier the denim, the harder it is to fade...

IH UK offers great customer service - Giles usually responds to emails at any time and ships pretty much straight away. What will you be buying?

I'm stuck deciding whether or not i should save up for one pair of really nice jeans (imperial. samurai. ect) or if it would be smarter to wait for a sample sale and get several pairs of "decent" jeans for the same price.

...what would you define as 'decent'?

I've been wearing them on and off for about 2 years now and they've stretched out a good amount...

I am a 34.5 waist and all of the advice I got said for me to get a 31 or 32. What do you guys make of that? If they do stretch out around 2 inches it kind of makes sense.

A tagged 31 is actually 32.1 (according to Selfedge). If they do stretch two inches then it would put them over 34 which is close to my size. Are you guys suggesting it is better to bet a 33 or 34?

I'd send them to the Denim Dr. @ Hollywood Trading Company in LA. They've repaired the crotch area on my skulls and they did a great job.
