  1. sticking to 1 hoat soak is insufficient, from everyones past experiences with sammies it takes multiple soaks to get the shrinkng out of the way, so the consequent shrinking that comes with having to soak ur jeans every once in awhile is inevitable. so like dino said, unless ur legs are rail thin, sizing down two is going to be painful down the line, especialy with the lack of stretch 710s seemingly have.

  2. i just recently bought a suit from zara, chose their suits over the ones at h&m. they are the both the same price but at least to me the zara suits felt like they were constructed much better than the H&M suits, and if this is going to be ur first suit like it was mine, then i think zaras a good choice. decent initial cut for the price, and needed only minor alterations.

  3. okay so I go my 710s on friday night, they were hot soaked inside-out(as hot as the tap could get) for about 3 hrs, changed the water twice. heard a lot of people hot washing to get all the shrinking out of the way, so i decided to give it a shot. 10 mins into the hot wash I got worried, as ive never done it before to a pair of jeans, and took them out. they hung out to dry through the night and finally dried around 10 in the morning yesterday. been wearing them since. ive had a similar experience as most others with having incredible difficulty doing up the buttons. but i must say, i think theyre incredible, definitely on a whole other level to all the jeans ive owned in the past. the thighs were pretty tight on me after the soak and i could only button up the first 2 buttons, after a whole day i can button them all the way and the thighs have stretched to just being snug. im very happy with these jeans and excited to see how they break in. here are some pics, click on the links for larger images, oh and sorry for the dirty room.

i believe theres plenty of shrinking left in them. so theyll be soaked again in a couple months or whenever i feel theyve stretched too much. these things are gloriuosly painfull, the honeycombs are digging into the back of my knees, and my hip bones are dying from the tight waist, and it doesnt help that its been in the 90s here.

  4. can we also have this include short duffle coats. full length duffles are almost impossible for me to look right in as im not very tall. spiewak makes a solid looking one, but are their any others? appologize ahead of time if im infringing on this thread.

  5. good looking 710s man, im short too, about 5 '6" maybe 5' 7". had them hemmed to shrink down to about a 35" inseam, may seem kinda long but i like that extra stack. waiting for stuff sucks and tuesday seems so far away, but pics will definitely be posted when i get these.

  6. sm2s, if you dont mind can u post some fit pics, with weight/height measurements. also how much did you size down, if at all? my pair of 710's are expected to arrive next tuesday and im really excited

  7. yes, they are blazers. if you have any nike outlets around you i would suggest checking there. i remember seeing these at the outlets near my house maybe 3 or so months ago. they are however not there anymore and may have been shipped to a different outlet store. so i think rummaging around the outlets would be ur best bet. hope this helps

  8. how many months have these gone through? they look great. quick question, but is the 710 denim as slubby as the 5000vx's or are they relatively tame?

*patiently waiting for 710s to come in the mail*

  9. the suit looks cool i guess. im actually pretty happy they decided to finally make the head capable of motion. i would assume its rather difficult to kick ass without independent head movements. the rest of the suit now looks like a halo 2 humanoid suit, nevertheless the next batman should be a good watch

  10. im a big fan of polo's blank tees. they do fit a little on the longer side, slim and the sleeves arent super long. the cotton is really soft and comfortable and at the polo outlets theyre only 9 bucks a piece if you buy 3+

  11. saw the movie and i thought it was awesome. the living dead in full on windsprints was a sight to see. i was a big fan of the first one, even if it took me till the release of the sequel to watch it, and im a big fan of this as well. looking forward to the third installment when mainland europe gets its taste of tireless blood thirsty zombies.
