As a matter of fact I had the Royals first and returned them, because they looked like shit on me. But I really loved them and was contemplating whether to return them or not.

Some pictures of my ALD Frontier Pants at about 2 months. Not too defined honeycombs, but I like the whiskers and I fucking LOVE the leather patch. Washed 2 weeks ago, worn almost everyday. Put some beewax on the patch.

After reading about wabi-sabi on mizanation's blog, I'd say you should go for whatever pair you feel like wearing without paying too much mind to it. In the end the pair which you like the most will have the most wear and stick out the most...

Unfortunately I don't have a camera at the moment, but my ALD Frontiers look pretty streaky too after 2 month. Maybe other ALD owners can confirm on this...

haha... I use it like this too. Could you explain to me - as a non-native speaker - as to why exactly it's ridiculous to use 'to cop' in that context? What are the connotations? That's an honest request!

I always liked We are Replay but in general I think that even low budget labels like H&M have eventually managed to achieve nice, pretty natural looking washes... And of course 45rpm has nice washes, Jeanshop too...

Although in the end I think the prices for premium distressed denim just can't be justified. I'd suggest to buy something in the lower price range like APC and distress them yourself, it's not that difficult.

Woah, nice T's... until now I thought except for their denim stuff their designs sucked, but I'd definetly cop a lot of those T's!! And they do XL! Nice stuff...

What about the indigo dyed t-shirts tho? I thought wool doesn't really hold indigo, so will these bleed like hell or what?
