imo, size down by 1 will be fine.... coz diors dont stretch as big as 2 inches.

Think Captmomo is right, i've got myself a pair of nudies sj and skulls 1 wash, i got my sj 1st, skulls denim is real tough, even if its 1 wash, the material is still hard compared to my other raws. i'm getting uncomfortable with it. and its totally right u cant compare nudies, apc and skulls. APC and nudies will soften real quick. but skulls doesnt.

Skulls 1 Wash is way softer than the Raw (but still hard and rigid), at least to me. Raw is like cardboard!! raw's not selvedged.

to Su8m3rg3d, yeah! i've them! its the s/s 19cm jap raw size 29. it wrapped ard my legs, not balls. but i still find it more comfortable than skulls. hows yours doing?

2 sizes are a safe bet (for a close fit). it's much easier to estimate the stretch nowdays; early 2006 and late 2005 APC sizing was even less uniform than it is now. why not go down to front row and try them on?

for nudie or apc raw, jus get the exact size tt u can bearly manage to button them. (if u can try them on). if not, i think 1 size smaller than your usual size will be fine.

i've got them, Sub, the hem area is tight, and everything is tight. not skin tight, but tight. hows urs doing? it shld be tight on the hem area. it measures exactly 19cm.that the length really good. its long and neat.

how is the italian 19cm working for u? do you feel that the hem is a little too big?

i've jus gotten my diors, noted that italian 19cm are cheaper than japanese by quite a little. i dont know y, but it is.

i'm sure tt we've been seeing diors everywhere in sg in near future. yes, skulls at QC is totally overpriced, but ya, u save urself a week of time to wait for the goods to get shipped, and u've saved some postage fees as well. u're probably paying for the time u spend on tryin them on and the chicks there.

ya! i got myself one washed 501xx .. its 6x6 denim and selvedged..

still the unwashed dry/raw/unwashed/brut skulls 501xx is the toughest denim of all... its goin to be a torture for e first few wears.

I got mine for $295

All the skulls come in one washed state except for a pair of blue indigo as mentioned by the owner that due to wrong ordering is unwashed..

pretty much all the colours are there though.. ebony.. blue..

they even have the belts, wallets and bags as well

i tried on the unwashed 501xx!!! its like cardboard! i'm getting the 501xx one washed indigo i guess. .. be fast or regret.

very nice information... from sg too. we're rather lucky to have surrender, gallery, front and stuffs. really cool shops. anyway, queens couture @ The Heeren brought in skulls denim too. the price is rather acceptable. might like to share with u guys.
