Are these the ones you are talking about? Strange that they don't mention selvage on the website, but trust me they are. My buddy got them the other day.. the denim feels just like the gough's, just that the cut seems a little better and the back pockets aren't disgusting. Could do without the selvage on the coin pocket, but what can you do.
he already said they werent.
plus i'll take a white wrap over cloth patch (which i kinda like to be honest) over a faux beat up wrap over leather patch. i tried the straight fit selvages on and am glad i went with the goughs overall

the goughs ARE 07 models the tag would have me believe.

i totally back 574s, have since highschool thrift store shoppin smiths listening with art school girlfriend days. its hard for me to hear that they're "prepster" (i heard on SA that they're "frat", but whatever)
I've planned on picking up one of these since the dude at the NB store showed me the small low quality print out thumbnails of them, red would be an obvious choice for me but that green is kinda nice and would be different

we just now got those $70 "ridgid denim" straight fits in. they're a similar denim to the Goughs ("authentic japanese denim" on the inside of the waistband) but different selvage a slighlty different cut.
also that ugly exposed selvage coin pocket

cool, thanks man. Anyone have the poast soak measure for inseams tagged 30?
yep. after an hour hot/warm tub soak inseam is 30. (also picked up 28x30s, did not fit after soak [or before for that matter, figured i'd give it a shot] so i'm shipping them to a friend)

I'm considering getting this very size. Could you please post after soak measurements?
(in inches when laid flat)
15.5 across the back
8.5 leg opening
real close to 32 inseam
shrunk about 2 inches in length (they're longer than listed) .5-1 inch in waist (but i'm normally a 30 so its been stretched back to that) and the legs also got a little slimmer
unfortunately i dont have pre-soak measurments to compare accurately

those look good imo..those are the 30s..and is that post soak?
yes and yes. legs slimmed down some but overall not much shrinking. maybe they were sanforized..but poorly
throwing the 28s to a skinny friend
and maybe this is the sign i need to start carrying around my checkbook so that people think i'm adult

is there something wrong with my butt??
i hope not

operation "size down 2 then try and stretch them right after soaking" failed
only 3 of 5 buttons were going, couldnt quite get the 4th
should i try again later? maybe sleep in them 3/5ths buttoned? or give up completely
here are the 30x32s

so my 30x32s arent dry yet, but i picked up a pair of 28x30s at a different gap after noticing they had a smaller leg opening. the 30 waist was kinda snug, so the 28 might kill me

thighs seem slimmer, hem not so much, waist maybe 3/4 of an inch

i checked and the tag says "dry clean only", sounds like a plan to me. i'm about to soak mine, see you in two hours

guy came in last night saying they shrink up to being awesome
at $19.99 do not sleep
