  1. Engineered Garments ring-spun denim workshirt - Large

    This is an amazing shirt - but I've worn it only once in the past six months, and I think I have too many chambray-type shirts anyway. It fits just like every other E.G. large, but I can take measurements if you really want them. It's been worn and hung dry maybe five or six times at most and is in perfect condition. It came without the red button sewn on, but if you want to sew it on yourself it's attached to the inside tag..

    It was around $220 new. Yours for $150 -> $140 -> $130 shipped!

    Porter x Monocle shoulder bag

    I've had this for maybe six months, but have used it only twice - I just have too many bags! It's in perfect condition except for a small dark area on the front which is barely visible even in the photograph, and which I didn't notice until I decided to sell it. It has two compartments: one the perfect size for a Macbook or Macbook Air; the other designed for pens, notebooks, cameras, etc. The Monocle website describes this as "perfect for a whip around the city," and that sounds about right: it holds the perfect amount of stuff for, say, a light day at work or school: laptop, a couple books, a magazine, papers, pens, a notebook, and a small camera will all fit inside perfectly.

    This was around $210 new; yours for $130 shipped!

  2. 1. Patrik Ervell red Harrington jacket, L - $250 -> now $230 shipped

    This is a beautiful jacket - the perfect Harrington for spring/summer. I picked it up towards the end of last summer and have worn it a few times this spring, but I've decided that it's just too small for me. Pit-to-pit is 21", and the length from the bottom of the collar to the hem is 27". I wish Ervell made XLs!

    The jacket is super-lightweight - it feels almost papery - somewhat water resistant, beautifully lined, and subtly different from the usual Harrington design: it has shrunken knitted fabric at the cuffs and hem, open vents under the arms, and the pockets are sewn onto the outside. An incredibly elegant and beautiful jacket. It's in perfect condition except for a small, almost invisible mark on the back of the left shoulder, visible in the last photo (maybe) - I didn't even notice it until photographing the jacket for this sale. The condition is 9.95 / 10.

    And a runway shot - this is the most accurate representation of the color:

    This is a very unique piece from MxMJ, made of an incredibly lightweight crinkly nylon in a vivid apple-green color. The material is slightly translucent even out of sunlight, and perfect for summer. The hood is detachable; without it, the jacket has a baseball collar; with it, it looks more like a hooded rain jacket. The fit is very slim, with drawstrings at the hood and hem. I'm not quite sure that these photos quite communicate the awesomeness of the color, especially when the jacket is layered over other fabric. The shot in the window gives you some idea of the jacket's structure. A great piece for spring, it was around $300 new - I'd like $150 shipped.

    Wings + Horns black fleece cardigan, size L - 10/10 condition - SOLD

  4. I've been going through my closet and have a few things to sell. These are all great pieces which I just don't have room for. All prices include USPS priority shipping, and I take Paypal and Google Checkout. Thanks for looking!

    Coming tomorrow, with photos:

    Engineered Garments flannel red/white/blue - XL - $100 shipped

    Nice Collective Army Trench - XXL (fits like L/XL) - brand new, worn once - $225 -> $200 -> $175 shipped

    R1022697.jpg

    R1022699.jpg

    This is an amazing piece from F/W 08 which will work well into this spring. It's tagged XXL, but fits like an XL (I wear a 44 suit jacket and couldn't fit into the XL size). It's a short trench-style coat with leather trim on the cuffs and pockets; it has a removable (and separately wearable!) light-weight cotton lining which zips all the way up to the chin for a dramatic effect. This is in perfect condition, having been worn only once. It will fit you perfectly if you wear a 43-45 jacket. $520 new - I'd like $175 shipped.

    What's particularly amazing about this are the colors and fabrics. The outer is a mid-weight cotton twill; the lining is super lightweight, wrinkly cotton gauze. Everything is in a slightly different shade of olive green - even the back of the collar is lined in a different color - and it's all complemented by the leather trim. It really comes to life when worn. A genuinely fantastic piece... I wish I had room for it!

    A.P.C. waxed cotton "Trialmaster"-style motorcycle jacket - size L - great condition - $150 -> $140 -> $130 shipped

    This is a beautiful jacket which I just haven't been wearing since I picked up a similarly moto-themed piece from Nom de Guerre. It's made of a treated (probably lightly waxed) cotton that is mostly waterproof (water beads on its surface). It fits very slim, belts, has tons of pockets (four on the outside, one on the inside), and hits at the waist. Amazing details, like reinforced elbows and shoulders. It's probably perfect for someone who wears a 42-44" jacket. The slim fit makes it unique. This has been worn moderately for a few months; I'd rate the condition at 9/10 just because the stiff fabric is a softened up here and there. It was $380 new; I'd like $150 shipped

  5. I'm selling my olive green Monocle x Porter shoulder bag. It's gently used, but in 10/10 condition; in fact I'm selling it because I haven't been using it much. I own both the tote and this shoulder bag and I've found that I'm simply using the tote more, since I usually haul around a bunch of books and gym stuff to boot. The quality and styling of these bags is incredible; they are both highly functional and great looking. I'd rather this go to a good home than let it sit around and gather dust!

    This is a svelte shoulder bag with the perfect capacity for a full-ish day. A typical load might include:

    - Laptop (such as a MacBook, for which it is designed; I carry a MacBook Air), plus adapter;

    - Two to three paperback books

    - Some papers or a magazine

    - A notebook, pens, pencils

    - In my case, a swimsuit and goggles, plus shaving stuff, for the gym.

    I'll post photos of my bag tomorrow. In the meantime, here are some stock photos. Mine is in perfect condition and looks exactly like these:

    (black colorway - mine is green).

    This bag is about $225 USD new - I'd like $170 shipped. I ship USPS priority and take Paypal and Google Checkout. Please PM me with any questions, and thanks for looking!

  6. This is a brand-new windbreaker, in perfect condition, from Y.M.C. - I still have the tags and extra button, they're just not attached. It's an ideal jacket for early fall and early spring, beautifully constructed, 100% nylon (and thus very water resistant). This was $250 new, it's yours for $99 -> $85 shipped:

    R1022598.jpg

    R1022614.jpg

    R1022616.jpg

    The particulars: it has a hood with pulls; a wind flap with a button (it's open in one of the photos, and buttoned over to the other side in one of the close-ups); two zippered pockets on the front; a very lightly elasticized hem (it comes away from the body a little, for ease of movement); grommets under the arms; and ribbed cuffs. The fabric is interesting; it has a soft, rich color, black with just a hint of blue, and a slight sheen. The fit is slim for a large -- too slim for me, which is why I'm selling it. Otherwise it's perfect.

    The sizing is: 22" pit-to-pit (give or take a little, since the underarms are grommetted); 27.25" from bottom of collar to hem; 21" shoulders; and 26.25" sleeves. It is a slim, trim fit!

    PM me with any questions or ask them here. I take Paypal and ship USPS priority. Thanks for looking!

  7. So I'm thinking of picking up a pair of these:

    ROGU-MZ1_V1-BIG.jpg

    ... to wear for the few remaining weeks of snowy and icy weather in the Northeast U.S. Has anyone worn them (or the Quoddys) on icy and snowy sidewalks? How do they perform?

    I love the way they look, but I imagine myself slipping and sliding all over New England.

  8. So I'm bumping this thread because I want to know - how do these actually wear in real life? Has anyone bought, say, the Rogues Gallery / Quoddy boots and worn them through a winter in the city? Are they waterproof? Is there any traction on snowy and icy sidewalks? I'd buy a pair in a minute if I were sure that they are actually practical as winter boots....

  9. Wings + Horns black fleece cardigan, size L - $90 -> $80 -> $70 shipped

    This is a beautiful terry cardigan from F/W 08. I've only worn it two or three times this winter, so I'm selling it. I guess I'm just not a cardigan kind of guy. Perfect condition.
