  1. even though I think your name is ridiculous, I think it's cool that you're not running away from it. I mean it would be so easy to re-register with a new one... but you keep playing the game. it is just a stupid forum alias afterall. why are we so caught up in this shit to begin with?

    you're a good guy.

btw that gap jacket looks sorta cool. maybe I should go to the gap more.

  2. Glad to see you posting again Ratatat, love your stuff.

Photo shoot to promote our club:

    photoshootok9.jpg

    white mom tailored shirt

    grey/black/orange striped schoolboy thrift tie

    light grey H&M v-neck sweater

    black Dior 1 button blazer

    grey Dior wool trousers

    white Converse jack purcells

I need a money clip, for sure. Pics from the shoot: 1 2

not only is it big even for a black man, it's bionic.

  3. thank you everyone...

yes, i was in club monaco in vancouver on friday; went there after the CYC sample sale.

it's scary how many people actually read this board, i've been recognized on the street in several cities now...

I KNEW IT!!! I caught your eye and I was like "where have I seen him before..." then I realized it might be you. how crazy...

I guess this is why some people hide their faces on waywt!

  4. On superfuture, I've always registered the word "fit" as a word describing the tightness/looseness of ones outfit. For example - if someone said "nice fit" to someone, I'd think yes indeed their outfit, in relativity to their figure, "fits" great. Not too tight, not too baggy, good length, etc. Lately though, I've been hearing people say stuff like "I always like your fits!" Hmm... that doesn't make that much sense. Then I realized, maybe people use the word "fit" as an abbreviation of the word "outfit"? Maybe because using the word "outfit" sounds too feminine/queer?

So what do you guys think? What does "fit" mean?

  5. I normally like your fits, but that shirt is way too feminine. Some slouchy/odd cut shirts work, but I dunno man.

thanks for the feedback. I was actually worried about it because it IS a woman's piece. it looks pretty feminine without the cardigan on (because it's sleeveless) but I think it works with it. I'm a fan of Julius and since I can't find any of that stuff here, I'm trying to improvise.

    cheerio.

  6. okay onemancult

    you said this:

And, I'm sorry, I tried to resist, but you look like every other indie fuck who only recently became interested in dance music, and this is not only evidenced by

the quality of your mixes and song selection, but hinted at by your recent music column on your site. Get a fucking haircut, maybe actually buy some of the clothing you seem to be interested in and stop dressing like every other hipshit wannabe.

Stop listening to fucking Sufjan Stevens, jesus christ. Please get a fucking haircut

that didn't come with an STD and a stamp-of-approval from Spin magazine.

I totally skipped reading that part because your post was so long but you sound like you have something personal against "emo kids". the worst type of human being is the type that judges people without know what the fuck they are talking about. if my idea of "emo" is correct, judging by your blind hatred toward life and people... don't have to finish this sentence.

go look at my waywt posts, yes I like sufjan, my hair is what I believe suits me and my style, I don't know what Spin magazine is.

anyway saying any of this won't make a difference. your ego is too thick.

  7. I be feelin' bad for you, hewmiri.

Are you just making this on a ableton demo or something? Or do you actually have some decks?

If you're serious about dj'ing pop into djforums.com

EVERYONE there has REALLY bad taste, so don't go there for music. But some really good dj's (from a technique point of view) frequent them and they share the skillzzzzzz.

hey keagan. yeah I am using ableton... I'm not really interested in serious djing... just doing these mixes for fun. I try to dabble in things that interest me so I can gain more appreciation in whatever craft.

  8. ow ow ow.

thanks for the feedback, although some of it was really immature and ugly. I would justify myself but I won't. you are right, maybe I was looking for attention posting here... but what is wrong with wanting attention? everyone who posts on a forum wants attention. your ego is just massive... lighten up, dude. it's just music. it's just hair.
