I really like this collection, it's pretty unexpectedly strong in my opinion. It's definitely a bit of a departure from the past stuff, but it's handled very well. I love the addition of more youthful elements.
the model fucking scares me. Sorry.I take it you haven't yet seen the creepy baldhead junkie of Julius fame, eh?

guys need help over here, theres the new batch of raw denims from FW07 out on diabro already, however they now got 2 versions of MIJ raws. Bout the same price, but hem wise, its a bit different. Anyone know which ones are the 19cm MIJ ones?
The first ones you posted are 19cm's.

I have to admit, the hidden gusset thing sounds like a pretty clever idea. I wonder if such a feature is unsightely when standing normally (despite claiming to be hidden)? If not, I think it would be cool to see a current jean with it.
EDIT; a quick google search:

Really loving the first two outfits!
EDIT: And some of the outerwear looks really cool on the others, especially the hooded pea coat thing.

Most of the vintage denim I've come across it is very common to see large waist sizes 38-42. Remember these were worn by tough dudes doing hard work, not a bunch of fashionable skinny emo kids from the internet who size down. I would be suprised to see a 28 pair of vintage denim.
The average American soldier in the 40's had a 36-1/4" chest and a 30" waist. People were just thinner and shorter in America back in those days, and while I'm sure a hardworking farmer would be larger than the average population, I doubt it would be that drastic of a difference.
I think the reason we come across larger sizes on vintage jeans more often is most probably because back then nobody bought them because because they're just too darn big for the average person, thus making these quite a rare size back in the day I'm sure. That said, these jeans are simply amazing, and quite an astonishing piece of history as well.

If this is there premium line why are they using ykk zippers instead of Riri or lampo ones
Just because it's YKK doesn't mean it's no good. YKK also makes some really amazing high-end zippers that I feel easily rank up with Riri or Lampo. I've seen some Engineered Garment pieces that use them, and they're just as good.
I definitely need to pick up some of their crews, they look great and they're seriously lacking in my wardrobe. Can't wait!

A-2's, B-3's, G-1's and all the other lesser known wartime flight jackets will always be completely timeless and will always be cool. Slap on some repro jeans and nice leather shoes/boots and you're good to go.
There's quite a few amazing repro flight jacket brands out there such as Eastman, Real McCoy's, Lost Worlds... and I've been recently impressed by some Japanese ones such as The Few. All of them make accurate jackets and pay good attention to historical detail. Very pricy though, as one can imagine.

The brightened pics help a lot, the different looks now have some proper depth when it comes to texture and details on them which make the silhouettes, which I thought were great before anyways, visually pop even more. I think a lot of the stuff is definitely wearable.
The '06 collection is still my favourite, it was such a cool blend of hobo junkie, grimey streetpunk and post-apocalyptic scavenger. I loved it.

i assume... whichever measures out to be 30? i'm sure if you get a 29, it'll stretch a good ~2inches? can anyone confirm this?
Sounds about accurate. My 29's comfortably stretched an inch and a half or so with some standard wear.

Why, April 77 of course.

The guys at Uncle Otis were telling me about this. Something big and new is supposed to happen.

What's the possibility to have custom inseam lengths in the way Ande handled them?
Would seriously suck a dick (or two) for a 38" inseam, and if it's a straightleg then people can hem to whatever length without worrying about keeping a tapered opening intact.

Although not black, these are just too damn nice. Exactly what i'm looking for.
*snip*

This is pretty cool, very neat design. Maybe something like this?

I bought the same one today at TNT. Not a huge fan of the pockets though, there's something a little girly going on with the pleating I find, but oh well.
Corpus seems to do really neat designs and the quality is surprisingly decent considering the price.

Who makes these? They look like flight boots.
Awesome.

Man I'm hoping for the trademark 38"-ish inseam on the imperial collaboration. Us taller guys felt kinda sad about the 35" inseam on those beautiful SEXIHs, or at least I know I was.

I really like the asymmetrical contrast striped sweater. But yes, echoing the fact these pieces need to be seen in un-artsy photos for proper judgement.

What's the sizing like on the German army sneakers? True to size?

Is that a women's jacket?

communism produces better tshirts?
No, they also seem suck when it comes to T-shirts.

How's the EG stock at nomad? Are there any other places that carry EG in Toronto?
TNT has started stocking some EG stuff.

and what the fuck is the deal with these bleach blonde, orange-tanned, incredibly made up hussies that work at that spot? fuck outta here telling me about "dont wash these jeans for 6 weeks". oh worrrrd, bitch?
Haha, I know exactly what you're talking about. God that one girl is so annoying.
I think the only decent person there is the asian dude since he actually knows his shit.

You can also try one of the more fitted Rick Owens pilot-esque hoods.
