here you go sir, another pair. same model as poly's. got them in feb 2007, still one of my favourite fits ever. the denim is soft like a baby's bum, best summer jeans ever too since they're only like 12oz or something.

prepare to get one of the most cardboard-like denim experience after you soaked them. i got a pair of 906's for my dad and he pretty much refused to wear them because they were so fucking stiff. after me and my mom called him a pussy, he decided to start wearing them.

update on my iron heart dc4001. worn for 110 days effectively. combined them with my iron heart belt, nudie wallet (v1) and manifold wallet rope. the wallet looks pretty ridiculous here, but it's a lot better when i'm actually wearing the jeans.

love the denim, but 21oz is a little uncomfortable when its 28c in the netherlands... so i wear comfy flat heads 1001 when it's too hot for these.

iron heart dc4001 at 75 days:

little update on my iron heart dc4001, worn for 75 days, no soak/wash yet. the denim is starting to develop a lot more depth than i expected, especially after such a short period of time.

this thread has potential. i've been wanting to experiment with dying apparel for some time now (thinking to start with woad) but since i don't have a garden or anything at the moment, i can't. however, i just bought a house that will be ready early 2012 and it has a garden, so i'll start experimenting then
