  1. Comparing N(N) to Graniph is like comparing apples and oranges. Plus, I think england just threw up any and every Japanese label he could think of. Lot's of the labels mentioned aren't known for their t-shirts/don't do t-shirt designs well. Also many of the "labels" he mentioned are primarily retails stores: Nano Universe, Beams, General Research, etc, that sell said labels and their own in-house clothing to fit current seasonal trends.

If you want Graniph then you are interested in the graphic/design, typographic style I assume? I think Beams-T does a great job of accumulating graphic designed t-shirts: http://www.beamst.com. Plus, they ship internationally. Also check out Groovisions. They are a graphic design firm in Meguro that sells their own designs. Very typographic; love their logos and little details on their shirts: http://www.groovisions.com/1788/. Go wild.

Cool, thanks so much. They carry Graniph in Singapore too but a lot of Japanese T-shirt labels are left out.

  2. how does cheap monday do it? as if their jeans weren't cheap as hell before this...

pornrous and agentbristow04 (do you watch alias too), cheap mondays are at Actually, located at 29A seah st, behind raffles hotel. i'm not sure they'll have the 75% off too, but you could check if you have the time. please let me know if they do.

They actually have Cheap Monday now at Heeren at Queen's Couture but no sale... Anyway, I just saw it few days back and I'm understandin' why people aren't impressed with them. Not really worth gettin' them at SGD$130 if I can get Levi's for roughly the same price. Yeah, I used to watch Alias... I miss it so much...

Any clue where to get Levi's Square Cut jeans?
