i would love to get those items for the folks here if response is good.:D

    cheers,

    vague.

"get those items for the folks here" meaning?

    here is where?

  2. haha. wicked witch of the east? ;)

Haha... Just a cheeky remark at how the thread's deviatin'... Not that I mind... But now that we're back, is there anywhere in Sg to get Dior Homme 19cm black raw denim?

  3. Dear fashionables, I'm in a dilemma. I'm not very good at matching jeans with the right kind of footwear and vice versa yet so what kind of a jeans would go with the hi top white leather Double Identity Sneakers in this thread?

Dior homme-esque jeans? Skinny jeans? Boot cut? Would Levi's Square Cut jeans work?

I don't know if this shouldn't belong here, so if it doesn't I apologise in advance!

  4. Newton Circus has some decent local fare... bbq stingray, hokkien mee, chill crab... Not the best there is and a tad touristy but it's convenient and scores of locals like me hang out there pretty often. Liang Seah St has good food, try Va! Va! Voom! or something like that near Raffles Hotel for nice Vietnamese nosh. Chomp Chomp at Serangoon Garden is not bad, but skip it if you're going Newton Circus.

    www.aziacity.com has a pretty helpful local restaurant/cafe/eatery guide/search function.

You have to try Katong laksa at Katong! Punggol Nasi Lemak too...

A couple of mentions where to find good Hainanese chicken rice, but the average chicken rice stall is pretty satisfactory too really...

    Hope this helps!
