My Grandpa started placing bets on ponies for me over 20 years ago. I remember sitting on his lap watching poker games as a kid. So when the chance came to meet up with him in Vegas including a comped suite at Bally's I couldn't say no. Reversed I show love equally. If I'm thinking damn this is gonna cost me and the price is lower than expected he gets at least half the difference plus my ample base tip.. In the end it's up to you just show love to those you plan on returning to.

Sorry to chime in late on tipping but I always wait until I hear the price to decide the tip.. After being under the gun 20+ times I've learned that some people pull prices out thier ass. If I expect to pay $220 and dude charges $280 his tip goes from $40 to $20. Or if I'm getting something quick from the shop beardo who is fat and never tattooing and I feel it should be $80 and he comes out with $130 his tip dies..
