Does that file show up when you click the folder open?

If so, right click and get info on it - if it's not useful - trash it.

It's possible it has a incorrect or corrupted creation date or download date.

If it doesn't show up - then that's a little weird.

Second thing to try is resetting the Dock.

This will reset your dock to the default state - it might remove apps/etc that you've added.

yep, it's not exclusive to any one file and the file is always in the folder / stack. get info looks fine to me.

tried resetting the dock in terminal to much expectation, but the problem persists.

any more ideas?

speaking of sketching.. what does everyone do when it comes to drawing out quick ideas?

i've been trying my best lately to draw more.. clearly. on account that if the sketch tells enough of the story, i can often delay / do without entering CAD / AI / etc.

i've found some success with either fine-liners of gel rollerballs on trace, perhaps with some copic for colour / shade, time allowing. i've also experimented with a more porous paper and watercolour but haven't got that down pat.

i've always been a fan of beniamino servino's sketches. believe they're simply moleskin, gel rollerball and brushed ink:

can't say but just looking at the pic above, the arms look a little less billowy.

oh yep. think it has the edge, then. i'll hazard a guess and say it's probably a little more substantial than the cotton / linen version, too.

ps. he should be wearing medium, not small.

so i was pretty set on the aviator jacket in navy (with the horsehair ribbing) but these pics just popped up on soto and the rubberised version looks dope, too. wish it had the horsehair but perhaps that would be too much.. thoughts?

more of a mac OS question.. been bugging me for months

i vaguely remember accidentally removing my downloads folder from my dock.. i replaced it shortly thereafter from macHD / users / me. whilst it operates fine, the preview file almost always remains as a blank white sheet (second from right, below), which is not the most recently added file. i have it set to 'date added' / 'stack' / 'grid view'. what's up?
