    Just recieved my pair of 1108's.

    Really nice, the denim is actually kinda suprising to me, I was thinking it would be more along the lines of warehouse denim, but these have a much rougher hand. It's gonna be a joy putting these to work!

    here's the pre soak fit. post soak tomorrow

    those are looking good,

    nice to see some vibergs with good use on them.

    question for you:

    how hard was it breaking them in?

    do you remember if they were hell on your ankles and arches the first week or two, and has to 2021 sole broken in?

    Lilldavid, those Vibergs look great! :) Must spread...

    Davichan - congrats! Your new White's are the bomb!

    I can't answer for lilldavid, but I've tried on a friend's C-Store Vibergs, and they feel completely different from the White's. Much more supple, not as heavy duty. I would think the Vibergs would be like slippies right out of the box.

    The White's on the other hand... It took me quite a few weeks before they formed to my feet. Getting caught in a rainstorm helped. Don't give up - wear thick socks, like Smartwool, and walk around as much as you can...

    Both boots are fantastic quality. The Viberg's have a much more refined finish, while the White's are just pure tough.

    Bobcats looking good, lildavid. Nevertheless, those must be hell slippery in Sweden.

    they werent so tough on either the ankles or arches. I'm not exactly a boot expert but yeah I guess like riff was saying the leather is a bit more subtle than usual when it comes to boots in this category. the soles haven't quite broken in yet, but at least it feels like I'm wearing the boots now & not the other way around as it did in the beginning.

    yeah they are kinda slippery especially now when the temperature has been going up & down like crazy. but the red wings are just as slippery though...

    edit davidchan those whites are fucking awesome!

    i've worn these almost everyday since I first got em (10/10/29) with the exception of a handful days. Anyway I guess when it comes to boots it's a matter of years or even decades rather than months...

    those jeans are fly lilldavid, what are they?

    julian red d2 sorrow. theyre desperately in need of a wash, havent washed them since i got em in the summer of '07. and i've worn them quite a lot, ropably a years worth... i'm just a lil' scared to wash cuz i really like the pitch black color

    edit: fuck it, just threw them in the washer, they're were just too many weird stains all over em. hoe fully they'll hold their color (or get even better looking)

    thanks. i guess that has more to do with me nt being able to take proper pics inside. colors are a bit off... i'll take new pics outdoor asap to get a more true presentation of the color.

    this pic show a more accurate color. it's was taken july though so the pants show more wear now.

    definetly! i like my pair alot! i think theyre sold out though... but if they ever do another run of these i would def. consider getting another pair :) if you come across a pair i say size down 2, they're quite big in size
