for steak I prefer ruth's chris off of vaness. sizzling butter ...mmmmmm. lyonnaise potatoes are a must. creamed spinach is good too. you gotta order sides separate cause when you order steak, all you get is the steak.
morton's steakhouse is good too. it's off of post. you get to pick out your steak before they cook it. so if you like lots of marble, you get to select a cut with more marble or whatever. your server will give you a earful about different characteristics and other bs.
a lot of sf natives like big nate's off of folsom but my favorite bbq spot is across the bridge in oakland, everett & jones. brisket is on point, so are the yams. the hot bbq sauce tastes the best.
just goes to show that SuFu might not be the best advice for food options (try chowhound.com). Ruth's Chris and morton's are 2 steakhouses that are in every city. they used wet-aged standard steak house beef, nothing dry-aged or special. both places are rip-offs

bump for all the big boys. i used to be a size 44" last may and now I am a 33-34" waist thanks to the south beach diet, so i know how hard it is to find big clothes that fit well. if anyone has dieting questions, PM me...i've lost over 100lbs since May07.

damn 350 is pretty steep for these. i was gonna pick one up but after dropping $350 on a supreme wool m65 and $200 on a coat at uniqlo yesterday i can't really justify getting another coat right now. i was hoping they were in the 200 range, i mean it's really just sweat material right?

I'm looking into getting a nice gore-tex/waterproof jacket/shell, it could have some insulation or it could be a shell. I really like the visvim stuff this season but I really don't have a grand laying around to spend on a winter shell. Anyone have any ideas?

I will be in vegas this weekend for the Vegoose festival. Any places that sell Visvim or japanese denim? also, how does the UNDFTD in LV rank up against the other sneaker shops there like Laced? I'm staying at the Wynn, so I'm def. gonna hit up the dior shop, but I need some other destination recommendations.
