very well put, given the circumstances youve outlined so nicely... though im one of the biggest kobe fans out there, baron takes the cake on this one. the dunk had a hint of spud webb like elevation too, i fucking loved it. stephen jackson pretty much put the cherry on top.

they fit about the same (eras and authentics), and if you are going sockless the authentics are a much better choice as the leather inside the era tends to rub a little more than the simple canvas would in the authentic. Both are excellent, but weve had a lot more requests for authentics lately, as far as what is more popular... (mainly because of dylan reider and angel ramirez)

just some fyi from a skateboarding perspective.

please listen here, skating these is heaven. take some rubber cement or glue, dab it on to the spot on the toe that gets torn up, and be done with it. this simple tip works like a fucking charm and allows you to skate these things for weeks, even months... works on converse too

dude, right post right time, i have a black friend, so he has this corolla coupe its like the old ass models where the windows dont work so we were so fuking baked and he has a habit of playing pokemon on the old gameboy advanced while driving so we were faded, he was driving and playing gameboy, some hyphy music was on that had like this star trek bells that kept going bleep bleep bleep, and there was this one rapper that kept going "ima kill your mom, ima kill your dad, ima kill your dog, and so on. so we were at a redlight with that music blaring really really high with my friend talking about pikachu or sumshit, me i was just mesmerized by the hyphy music, "kill yo pastor etc..." then we heard horns and shit, i just thought it was the hyphy music, then i looked to my right side and saw this one black dude yelling at me (apparantly he got out of his car.) but the music was on really loud and the black dude was waving his arms and shit so i couldnt hear him which made me think that he was the dude rapping in the music so i started laughing and said "this is funny nigga music" keep rapping ( he couldnt hear me cuz the windows were up, but long story short we were holding people on the greenlight for like 40 seconds, everybody passsed us and this one black dude took his time to walk on us. So i showed him my middle finger and my friend hauled ass on the gas peddle. dude i was seriously ripped.

what... if your not just completely out of your fucking mind, can i get some of that herb?

I've always found MURS a bit too repetitive, or that after a couple tracks he just gets real predictable... each LP/EP he does has some stand out tracks but there's always this filler standard backpack hip hop that gets real zzzzzzzzz.... That GOOD MUSIC double album was a prime example... some great tracks (Thes One produced ones are dope)... but too many zzzz's...

for the most part i definitely agree, when murs is on point he's on. Though his releases are consumed by filler material... anyone seen the bumper sticker tho...?
