  1. if you want to get ripped off huge, try warakuusa.com. If not, ask 2000db.

i would recommend finding some on rakuten and asking 2000db to snag one for you.

i have a pair of sabaku in the mids and slipons. I usually wear shoes in a size 9 or 8.5, and vans slip ons in a size 8 fits me perfectly (as in like a sock), and my pair of sabakus are 8.5 and I say they fit pretty damn accurately. When people say they run big, I'm sure they mean the width of the shoe. Sabaku mids are so damn comfy cause of the huge toebox. In fact, I think I could afford to size down to an 8 in the sabaku mid's cause they fit really loose unless I tie the laces up.

  2. nipples in the shoulders as in the stretched bumps caused by the niches in the hangar?

yeah me too. ditto on that. There's no better way to store t-shirts than just folding them up. Same goes for wool sweaters and delicates too. Since its all pretty lightweight, I fold them up and hang em in one of these in my closet:

    Same goes for shoes.

  3. I just think El Mercado just sold out of Smalls really fast.

I'm thinking about getting one of those hooded shirts and just tailoring it down.

Hooded shirt size M is about 27 inches top to bottom and 20.5 armpit to armpit so that shouldnt be much of an effort, right..

make a peacoat in black 21oz, that would be disgusting.

    that sounds really interesting~

    Anybody heard of this brand?

I found it on El Mercado online but as for the brand itself I've found nothing on google except for a different (shitty) clothing label with the same name. Looks pretty cool except the printed graphics fuck it up for me. They'd look soo much better without those prints on them.

and while im on el mercado, i thought this was interesting too-- a denim m65...

  5. lol nice.

i've tried mixing 2 black + 1 dark navy packs of powder dye before. It was Dylon brand. I dyed a pair of camo pants with it, and the pants became a super dark navy, like yours did. the camo pattern was barely discernable until after a few washes, but even then it looked like subtlely better bape trousers or something. it was cool for a moment until I gave it to a goodwill store.

I guess it would be a good idea to have a couple fabric swatches to dye as you throw in more dye into the tub, to test to see if its the color you want. That sounds like a really good idea... I think I'll do that next time I dye something and I'll report back.

  6. stussy tees are actually somewhat standard in size, but it all depends on the size of the graphic on the shirt. Sometimes the graphic is just so wide that the shirt sizes are changed to match it, or so it appears. world tours and customades' sizings also tend to differ so much that I have no idea what the hell is going on in their heads. I remember from my past collection of about 20 customades, worldtours and other stussy t's, half of them fit slim, while the other half just felt too wide.

so i guess you should just try on all the stussy tees in whatever sizes, cause it just might fit. and like what everyone else suggested, size a bit up and tailor it down.

  7. yeah, same here. i like my hoodies to be somewhat rugged and thick, and the "cashmere-like cotton" hoody I have is really quite delicate and on the thinner side. I'm afraid of even hanging it in my closet.

as for those ridiculously priced hoodies:

for something so simple and almost just plainly utilitarian, dropping grands on a hoodie just doesn't seem right at all. It's like spending thousands of dollars on a doormat because of its 'quality'. All that money is really going into the exclusivity, quality and whatnot, but any other AA hoodie can keep you warm for 20 bucks. No one is going to notice the hoodie and I guarantee almost everyone will laugh at how much you paid for a simple plain hoody.

  8. i think your style is just your style. you dont have to conform to the "norm" at all. I think even Dave Chappelle rocks stussy ts at his age. You dont have to shop at Gap at all unless you think you need a piece from it for a look.

Although personally, Ive changed styles like 3 times this past year, and my huge stussy tee collection just got shedded on the last one. I for one feel that the graphic tee has died a death. I like blank tees now. But thats just my style.
