  1. Haha no no I'm sure it's great I think I may have bought Royal English Leather at one point .. It's just bad connotations stemming from ignorance ahah ..

    How expensive? Ahah ..

Depends on the scent and where you buy it, but usually around $150 for 4 oz and $100 for the 2 oz if you are in a boutique. They also sell flacons of the stuff in 8 oz bottles if you bathe in it.

You can find it cheaper online at stores like scentiments.com. I'd be wary of eBayers unless they have flawless rep.

Green Irish Tweed and Silver Mountain Water, as the two most popular scents, are considerably cheaper than ones like Erolfa, Millesime Imperial, Himalay and Bois du Portugal, which are much more niche.

  2. Squatters rights then ahah

+ rep if i could, remind me tommorow

Although Silver Mountain Water by Creed sounds like a Creed song and therefore i'm imediatly turned off it ahah ..

FYI, Creed, the fragrance house, has been around infinitely longer than Creed, the band. The fragrance house is responsible for crafting many of the scents worn by European nobility, (i.e., Royal English Leather which was originally formulated in 1780). Don't let a shitty band that broke up deter you from a great line of scents.

  3. I know everyone and their mother is humping the unnecessary buckle/zippers on winter coats, but does anyone know of any well made, warm and slim fitting drapy cloaks or shawls? And I don't mean shit like this:

    Thanks

  4. I think one of the greatest things to get your girl is jewelry, but hand-crafted, not store-bought. There are plenty of bead/tinker shops that sell all the necessaries to make jewelry. I've made mine a set of chandelier earrings and a bracelet. Each took around 3 hours to make, and I chose specific colors etc. etc. If you have a good eye for things (which you probably do considering you're on SuFu) and have patience as well as decent handiwork, then I strongly recommend this.

You can even get those little generic jewelry boxes + cotton bedding and put the necklace/bracelet/earrings in them. She'll die when you tell her you made them. Most likely she won't believe you at first, but when she realizes you're serious, it's game over.
