haha seriously, especially in Davis, a fat college town. The worst is when it's raining or 50 degrees out and guys are wearing flip flops with their long pants folding under them dragging through the mud. I guess that's college style for you. Flip flops are for taking out the trash and having a cigarette in the morning.

gap boxer briefs have been doing me well, keep an eye out for those clearance sales, $3.00 a pair

Ex gap employee here so i've got tons of basics from there. I never bought anything with an exposed gap logo. They have a lot of cheap, plain shirts that look good, and $3.00 or less for clearance boxers is something you can't beat.
