  1. I just picked up a pair of 21 oz studio d'artisans from another member on the board and he said he cold soaked them for 20 minutes, i'm not sure if this is enough to shrink the pants fully. The pants are down to tag size but since they're not sanforized i expected to see more of twist in the pant legs, which i really don't see now.

I'm just worried about excess indigo loss with a second cold soak, i'm pretty sure they won't lose rigidity (21 oz hehe). So second soak or no ?

  2. They fit really small. I'm usually a size medium in most hoodies but i tried on their size large and it fit like a Euro Medium (smaAALl) shitty quality though, don't look good in person. They were also low on stock at HUF SF, only yellow and green left.

  3. Change your pic of the crown fur hoodie on that big picture of yours and on your site. The brown fur threw me off and when i got the hoodie in and the fur was black and i was let down and a little disgruntled man. I don't know if you got my e-mail about that. Other than that, your stuff looks good and i got a lot of good comments on the hoody. You check if washing them in the machine screws up the fur ??

  4. One thing i do is look at completed listings for items similar to the ones i'm selling. I find the auctions with the highest ending price and check their headlines for any catch words, like NOT supreme, or punk, EMO, goth (as lame as that might seem). These catch words are often things that increase viewers and that broaden the types of people that see your auction. Use some of the catch phrases you saw work best for other people in your auction and you might find yourself a little bit luckier than the guys listing just the brand name and size.

If you're selling a hot item and doing a buy it now, look at ending prices for completed listings and pick a price on the higher end of what most sell for, add on ten bucks and advertise free shipping. free shipping usually makes people buy your item before the other buy it nows even though after shipping and all yours costs more.

  6. They just opened up an H&M in SF so i just had my first exposure to the store this weekend. Like another poster said their price points are similar to gap and old navy but their offerrings are a lot more stylish being that I noticed a lot of their menswear looked like cheaper versions of designer clothing. I even saw a jacket that resembled a $2,000 dior homme jacket someone was posting about on here earlier priced at $60. I would've picked it up if it was my size. H&M's offerrings also have a better fit, on me at least, than a lot of the American offerings at the same price points. Jackets sized Medium really fit like a size medium and aren't 2x too wide. Their quality doesn't seem too great, esp. the wool jackets i saw, but it's refreshing to be able to buy items that have a more "cotoure" look for less than a bill. Kind of like a forever 21 for guys. Oh yeah, and there's a shitload of hot girls shopping there.

  7. haha yeah that's my girls stuff, i'm bumming at her place this weekend. I think the new standards are huge on me because i go the 32 waist from someone on this board and like i expected, they stretched ou to 33-34. The starching i've been doing has been making the knees bulge out and the pants look bigger from the front. From the back and side they look slim. It might be my legs too. I got some helmuts recently and they look baggy from the knee down on me ??

  8. Went to SF last night with intentions to pick up the white patent leather/ suede hi tops but took a detour to the new H&M first. Sad to say i spent all my money at H&M and no marc jacobs for me :o( . Those patent leathers look good :o(

  9. Just ordered a pair with a 31 waist, i'm a 32 regularly so hopefully these work out alright. I'll keep you updated. My wallet has shrunk a considerable ammount since my recent immersion in denim due to the time spent on this forum. Thank you all, i am now broke. haha

  10. Haha, i'm back home for Thanksgiving weekend and my mom caught me starching my APC's, she gave me a weird look and asked if i wanted her to wash my jeans. I yelled "NooO, i haven't washed these for two months" and got an even weirder look and she threatened to wash them when i sleep. I guess i'm going to have to hide them for the next couple days.

  11. Yeah, i was surprised by how big the New Standards look from up front. I think it has to do with the length, they're unhemmed and i wear my pants low so they bulge and create a kind of false wide front look. From the side and the back they look "weird" skinny as described by my girlfriend.

  12. I just got my FBT 2 double tones in from napsize and i normally wear a size 9.5 vans, diesel, nike but i ordered size 9 FBT 2 double tones and they fit perfectly. The only problem is that napsize sent me the wrong color. Their site said khaki/white and i got forest green/ white. Still trying to figure out if i want to keep these or not. Great quality and attention to detail
