  3. ^ Nothing like 100% pure japanese denim.

Sometimes buying jeans has the mystique of a drugdeal. Nice work getting the order. If you decide to bulk order any endangered species, pst me.

  4. ^ RRL FALL looks pretty good. They've added some jeans with cinchbacks and really old leather flap backpockets (not sure exactly what levi model this is a direct reference to).

Anyway, I know the jeans that float around ebay are from a few seasons ago, but RRL is really holding it down with selvage on almost all their jeans and a few jean shirts. They're also using Indigo as a dye in some of their shirts.

  5. I spead my jeans around. My apt, parents house, gfs house, etc.

Can't store expensive cotton is just one place in case of robbery, fire, flooding, etc.

Lastly, you may want to think about insurance for that collection. :) At least store it in a vault.

  6. 1) Hair of the Dog Adam

    2) Smuttynose IPA

    3) Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout

    4) Allagash Triple

    5) Stone Double Bastard

    Special Ocasions:

    Anything Fantome

Anything Southhamption - eps Saison &Russian Imp Stout

  7. Off the top of my head, Free & Easy featured Alden, Irish Settler (A Redwing company, but I think their products for the USA are different from what they sell in Japan), and Churches.

Wherever you get them, I would just be sure that they can rebuild them for you after a few years.

BTW - airfrog - you're shoes look amazing.

  8. Some good recent reads

    On food:

    Heat - Bill Buford

    Pig Perfect - Peter Kaminsky

    Fiction:

Death in Venice - new Thomas Mann translation

Crying of Lot 49 (could be a fav book)

    Other:

Then We Set His Hair on Fire - Phil Dusenberry
