^ Nothing like 100% pure japanese denim.
Sometimes buying jeans has the mystique of a drugdeal. Nice work getting the order. If you decide to bulk order any endangered species, pst me.

^hey, i'm eyeing the same n(n) hoody too, do you ever check whats the damage to the pocket on that piece?
^ $1575 or 1675. Its the nicest thing I've seen for Fall ... but not at that price. Truely a Fall "must have" and maybe even a "basic". Grey is the new black.

The new Marc Jacobs Vans came into Bleecker NYC store last night. The line looks pretty good and I'll most likely buy the red plaid model. You can see the shoes on their website under "Special Items".

I really don't see myself buying any more denim until the special winter holiday releases, although I did like some Galliano brown waxed jeans.

The ties look good, although I'd rather have a skinny mcqueen tie with skulls then a skinny tie with initials.

^ RRL FALL looks pretty good. They've added some jeans with cinchbacks and really old leather flap backpockets (not sure exactly what levi model this is a direct reference to).
Anyway, I know the jeans that float around ebay are from a few seasons ago, but RRL is really holding it down with selvage on almost all their jeans and a few jean shirts. They're also using Indigo as a dye in some of their shirts.

I spead my jeans around. My apt, parents house, gfs house, etc.
Can't store expensive cotton is just one place in case of robbery, fire, flooding, etc.
Lastly, you may want to think about insurance for that collection. At least store it in a vault.

this is the order from slimmest to loosest in the samurai jeans that BiG carries:
S0505XX, S5000VX, S0500XX/S0510XX III, S0110XJ/S0130XJ
Shouldn't it be:
Slim <-> Loose
S0505XX, S0110XJ/S0130XJ,S0500XX/S0510XX III, S5000VX,

Off the top of my head, Free & Easy featured Alden, Irish Settler (A Redwing company, but I think their products for the USA are different from what they sell in Japan), and Churches.
Wherever you get them, I would just be sure that they can rebuild them for you after a few years.
BTW - airfrog - you're shoes look amazing.

Miz,
If you can make it to the Kinokuniya in Rockefeller Plaza, check out Free & Easy May 2006. They featured shoes that look better with age.

Why is Varvatos making womens clothing again? Both diffusion lines are not so hot.
