I've just been reading that as from today (1st Jan 2020) Nike stockists will no longer be able to ship outside their trade territories if they want to continue stocking Nike product a'la RMC. "Shipping to consumers internationally is in violation of Nike Terms & Conditions of Sale" ...that's Nike, the international sportswear brand...wtf!
Fueling the gray/re-seller market or what!?
FYI.. this policy has been in place for nearly every luxury brand in the world since the late 90's. With the way streetwear and luxury/couture have intersected over each other this past year Nike can now be considering a (new) luxury brand, so this sales policy isn't much of a surprise.

Fine Creek Leathers Leon Custom Jackets & Stevenson's Recon Fatigue Pants
We have fresh runs of two very popular items from Fine Creek Leathers and Stevenson Overall Co.
We've just received a restock of Fine Creek's Leon Custom black horsehide jacket. These are available in small numbers and are only made once or twice a year, so unfortunately restocks don't come often. We also have a special version made of dark brown horsehide, these are limited to ten jackets and are available at Self Edge New York or via email. Check the product page on our site for all specs and info on the Leon.
We also have the Recon pant from Stevenson in their newer olive slub cotton fabric. Stevenson Overall have outdone themselves with their take on a fatigue pant. They've started by developing a custom 100% cotton slub fabric which has the perfect shade of olive and a great hand feel. Then they've taken the pattern of the traditional fatigue pant and reworked it from the ground up with side pockets which actually turn into the seat of the pant, an articulated knee, hidden buttons on the pockets, and an elastic drawstring at the hem. These are perfect.

We've got some serious winners here in this week's Iron Heart delivery. They're everything you want and expect from an Iron Heart shirt. These things are functional, comfortable, and built to last. We loved these so much we had Iron Heart make us a black version which is exclusive to our stores.Along with these new moleskin shirts we've got an ultra-heavy flannel in a new tartan check blue color.

Was waiting for months to see if you’d get the corduroy Cody Shirts, and was a bit bummed when the first shipment came in a few weeks ago. Really glad you ended up ordering these and Instacopped the brown one. I have the black denim, olive trigger shirt, and now this. Not sure why I’m sleeping on the indigo denim one...
The shirts are amazing. I love that Atsu was bothered by how uncomfortable a shirt can be if the cut is slim and the fabric doesn't give so he custom developed a micro-cord with a bit of stretch to it.

This new collection rounds out what we received last month with the addition of a new Thinsulate lined flannel jacket, their Cody shirts in a new micro-cord fabric they've custom developed, and a wild wool beanie.Along with these new items we've received new runs of their loopwheeled t-shirts in both crewneck and henley variations in gray and oatmeal. Check the product pages for a full rundown of the fabrics and construction styles of each item as quite a bit of work goes into these garments.

Damn, I hung out with those two dudes for hours, had coffee with them, and they showed us their offices and they workings of the company in 2014. I guess they left out the embezzlement part.

is it okay to bring jeans purchased online to the sf store to exchange in person
As long as it's not from a Warehouse Sale listing that is 100% ok!

3sixteen for Self Edge Garment Dyed Hoodies & Selvedge Chinos are Back!
For this holiday season we've worked with 3sixteen to create a special run of their zip-up and pull-over hoodies. Available now at all of our stores is a limited run of hoodies which have been garment dyed black then heavily rinsed for a slightly washed out charcoal color. These hoodies have also been embroidered with a small "3s" on one wrist and a "SE" on the other wrist. 3sixteen nailed the shade and feel of these, the color looks great in person and the French terry they've produced is comfortable and great for all season wear.
Along with these hoodies we've received a new run of their selvedge chinos, available now in black, olive, and khaki.

I might have asked already, but: will the Warehouse jeans be standard inseam length, or have you gotten through an order w/ more Western-friendly dimensions?
Would really like to wear a pair of Warehouse…
All the jeans will be made specifically for Self Edge with 34.5" to 35" inseams POST-soak.

I know I should’ve tried one on while I was out there, but regarding the Stevenson merino thermals: if I’ve got a Black Rhino henley in XL could I make the merino one work? Measurements lead me to believe it’s possible, but I know they run pretty small.
If you want a very slim fit then yes, otherwise you would need a XXL but they don't currently make that size. The merino thermals are fairly stretchy, but they do run a bit small, I'm not sure if the XL will work for you.

I guess someone should probably let Ryo and Hiro know they're getting ripped off
You're implying their work is on par with Roy's?

Roy's jeans should cost $600 or so, anything below that and you're getting a deal. No other jean in the world is made at the level of which he's making jeans. If a Japanese "artisan" could make jeans like this they would literally cost over $1000 a pair.
I understand that $400 or so is a lot for a pair of jeans, but what he's making these days cannot be equally compared to any other jean in the world.

Roy R01Sail Very Nice Pocket Bag Jeans
We have a special run of Roy’s jeans being released today online and at the new Mega Self Edge in San Francisco. The indigo patches on the pocket bags are made by Rowland Ricketts. Roland grows the indigo himself on his farm then dyes the cloth himself. Roy has used different shades of his indigo dyed cotton cloth to decorate the pocket bags. Comes in a classic straight leg fit with a little taper and these have been rinsed by Roy. These are the most over the top detailed out jeans we’ve ever seen from Roy, so many little details to discover within these jeans.1
