I cosign the Turntablelab.com jawn. If your in nyc just go to the store opposed to buying stuff online. I've never been but Other Music is supposed to be decent too. Alot of it depends on what kind of stuff you want to buy.

other music is good, but they don't have a turntable to preview your shit, which is a major problem (correct me if i'm wrong).

halcyon on pearl street in (dumbo) brooklyn - halcyonline.com. they have other stuff too, but mostly etherea and halcyon specialize in good techno / minimal stuff. a good place to hit up after an early dinner at grimaldis

and sometimes i find some crazy rare shit at junk on north 9th in williamsburg. i found an original pressing of phuture - acid trax for $.75. if they knowo what they have, they'll price it accordingly. i did find a mint copy of jaz - hawaiian sophie for like $10.
