Brand new, with tags and receipt (bought full price). Never got around to wearing it and could use the money for other more pressing needs. Material is the nice soft wool VA used this season on everything from the cardigan to jagged stitch knit. Cut is more interesting than other pieces with nice seams across. Also of note, it is double layer on most of the front, in the hood, and some of the sleeve. I paid $400 and have no idea but dont imagine this got to sale in this size.
