a couple months ago i watched like a marathon of that with my nephew, and i must say i cannot stand that blond chick on that show. shes not cute, and she is hella annoying which equals to useless.

side note, a couple years ago i was in mexico and my cousins were watching drake and josh, translated to spanish, and i thought the spanish version was alot funnier than the english one.

1. Swim with whale sharks.

fuck this one is a regret of mine, if i knew that it took 4 days to get certified to swim with the whale sharks, i would have booked my vacation in okinawa at a different time when i went last year.

this morning was interesting, i was hungry and remembered that there was this little vietnamese spot close to where i am staying. so i go in and its all vietnamese people in there eating, so im thinking this is promising. there is one lady there that speaks english so she takes my order, i get the pho obviously. then they bring it out and she doesnt give me any herbs ( cilantro and what not) so i complain the all of the other people have herbs, so she looks surprised and brings me some. i finish eating and go to pay and by then i notice that everyone is looking at me, ill assume they rarely get non-asians in there, like any where i go all of the faces follow my movements it was weird. i didnt have cash so and the girl didnt know how to use the card machine, so one of the girls takes me to a store like 8 stands away and they make me pay there. after i go back to the spot to get my umbrella, its the same thing. an entire room of smiling faces following my every movement, til i leave.

oh and for a place that was almost entirely vietnamese, i was still alittle dissapointed with the pho.

tl:dr. i had pho for breakfast.

i went to my friend's homecoming festival last night at yonsei university, it was awesome the school was giving away, free food and beer. had like 5 free beers in like an hours time. i dont speak almost any korean so i was ignoring the announcements, but during this time everyone starts rushing the stage then they announce the big musical act, miss-A. so i got free food and drink, and a free k-pop concert, they only did 3 songs but still.

my friends were impressed by jias energy, who was blonde and not pink last night, and i was just lusting over min, as always.

i never carry a camera so no pics, but it was a good time.

ive had 1 judo lesson in my life, and i just felt people nervous and trembling as i walked by after that.

god this job situation is taking forever! i was supposed to have my follow up interview this thursday, i was just called and told they are pushing it back to tuesday. i dont want to have to wait another week.

so i was for lunch with a friend today, and we stumbled on a curry restaurant, and one of the items on the menu was chicken curry rice, which i didnt think any of.

then the guy behind me orders it, and he gets his plate, and damn i wish i was hungry enough or i would have ordered that.

it was standard curry rice, but the chicken was actually half a chicken. let me say that again, they fried a whole chicken split it down the middle and put it on his plate.

im gonna have to skip breakfast next time, and get this soon.

i got an email back from an academy and he said that he wants to schedule an informal interview. i am really bad at reading koreans. what should i expect from an informal interview? should i still wear a shirt and tie? any other tips i should know?

also i know im trying to live on like $9 a day so this shouldnt be the best time for me to ask but when is the next gathering of the minds gonna happen. i miss the seoul sufu crew.
