i wear a 10 in slip-on vans, and alife slip-ons in 10 fit quite well, i can also squeeze into a 9.5 without too much discomfort, so i personally think they just run just about true to vans size or maybe just a hair bigger

i think they were about 520 when they came out, which is about in line with what every the important shoe from the runway seems to go for, pretty rarely they pop up on ebay but are fairly common on Y! japan i see but still command serious money ie greater than 400 dollars. If you're interested in them i wouldn't buy them used if at all possible because they are very thin and contort to your feet and would probably look old and beat up if you got a used pair, and with the shoe supposedly it's wise to buy at least a half size bigger because they are so thin and your feet bones will stick out otherwise

then again you def don't have to get the dior ones, i'm sure you can find jazz shoes for 10% of the cost, or hell get a pair of swears for 80% of the look at 20% of the cost and they're probably more "fashion forward" anyways

the whole deal is, what the heck do they know about denim or jeans making in general, they both have very successful brands and jeans are something people wear quite a bit so it makes sense to make jeans for their customers. It's not their core business. Anyone is buying the jeans not because it's the most spectacular denim available but because of the brand.

personally i'm not into that, but to each his own

the looser the jean the less knee bulge you'll have to deal with, also just getting the knees a little damp with water or starch will help them shrink up somewhat

well, a Black Beauty hip bag for ¥20,790 (according to their webstore) is $200.00 inc. tax, so i woudn't say it's that bad! I heard it used to be really terrible but they eased up a bit.

yeah if your not in asia and want to handle a small assortment of the stuff then you really have no option than to go to stussy, the prices aren't insane i don't think seems like they have eased up on the pricing considerably though

yeah. quality is good, i haven't handled their accessories/footwear though- djraijo owns a few julius pieces so you can ask him. pricepoint isn't that high either. there have been some pieces from past seasons that i've really liked but i think i'm between sizes in julius so i couldn't wear any of their stuff even if i wanted to.

here is the black patent skinny one that DH did this fall, they also made a white patent one that I don't have. I wear this with patent shoes and black suits, I tried it once with jeans and was not pleased but YMMV

i have the exact suit in question here, it fits me great I would generally wear a 48L so the fact that the sleeves on the jacket are longer works out in my favor. any specific questions let me know

the denim is lighter than apc's so that will help them not feel as rough, and it's completely believable that the seller may have under-exagerated the amount of wear he gave them, cause they've been fairly stiff when i've gotten them (though never like apc)
