  1. I know it takes 2-3 to manufacture and make but for bracelets would it take a shorter time period because its just a bracelet?

Also does anyone know if Tanner Goods would initial your bracelet if you ask?

It doesn't take much time to process an order such as yours but you need to consider that we have a tremendously complex production schedule, especially for a small business such as ours. We sell in over 75 stores around the world and we process and manufacture several hundred online orders a week, all the while, trying to keep our flagship store as fully stocked as possible.

It takes A LOT of time time to make every single item to order but we're getting it down and doing it faster than ever before without sacrificing quality. Good stuff takes time and we think you'll notice the difference when you receive your order.

We're all very thankful for your support and your patience. If you'd like to know more about why your order is not able to be produced any faster, please email [email protected] with any and all questions and we can break down some of the details for you.

    best regards from Portland,

    - Mike

  2. Hoping someone can address this. Basically, Im picky as hell, and the quality of stitching on my Tanner wallet is less than acceptable to me. I have since stopped using it and moved on. Im just curious as to why the stitching in the lower corner goes to shit?

It doesn't seem too poor to me, though I obviously understand your concern. I would advise you to send it back and we can get Tiandra to re-sew it for you. Should only cost about 3 or 4 dollars to ship back to Portland.

  3. The Elka is absolutely one of my favorite rain slickers around and is a definite shop favorite. Norse Projects put the perfect spin on these jackets, season after season, with great colorways and additional details which put the classic Dutch outerwear brand on another level.

Now available at The Woodlands in 3 colors for FW12.

  4. ^Lots of good stuff.

    (would have included Benchmade, myself)

In due time. They wouldn't let us just open an account with their platinum series product so it's taken a bit longer than we expected. Obviously didn't get worked out until after we put that together.

Tools are something we take seriously. Some we carry daily, while others are rotated into service for weekend camp trips in the Cascades or quick beat-the-heat excursions to the coast. Bottom line: tools are essential, and one of those things you really miss right about the time you realize you need one.

The Northwest is chock-full of quality knife and tool companies, and we’ve recently added some of our favorites to the floor at The Woodlands. Leatherman introduced their first multi-tool in 1983, and has been the industry standard ever since. The Skelatool CX is functional in every sense of the word. Built wtih an assortment of pliers, cutters, a bit driver, a knife, and a reliable, 25-year warrenty, the Leatherman multi-tools are the very best around.

Also hailing from right outside of Portland, Ore., Gerber Legendary Blades offers a nice selection of well-designed knives that don’t cost a fortune. Side note: co-founders Mark and Sam actually helped design a few of the ones we carry, and have the sketches to prove it. They recommend the Remix or Ripstop II.

Rounding out our selection are Snow Peak and Sigg, two companies that manufacture some of our favorite camping essentials. These titanium and aluminum vessels occupy a special place in our lives [directly under the bench seat of our van]. Whether packing it in a few miles or doing a little car camping, the titanium tableware has you covered.

  6. Just ordered the workman wallet in natural . Can't wait to see the leather in person. Has it been taking around 7-10 days to receive the order? I know people use to state it took around 3 weeks thought it might be shortened. Thanks for any help .

Should only take about 1.5 weeks or so. We've been getting orders out pretty quickly these days.
