The AP would be amazing, but with that watch you start getting into the five figure range (US$). I think the Royal Oak OFfshore would be the ultimate sport watch, but it looks like Panerai is going to be the more practical choice.
I think tourbillons, minute repeaters, perpetual calendars will become more attractive as I get older. Right now I want a great t-shirt and jeans watch.

Thinking of picking up a Panerai Submersible (PAM 25 or 199) or a AP Royal Oak Offshore Rubberclad...any other sport watch recommendations? (no rolex)

Thanks for the intel. The unwashed were being sold for 240. They looked pretty good but I think I'm going to go for the APCs before trying Jean Shop. Have you been to 45rpm on Mercer? I picked up some synthetic indigo jeans there a few weeks ago and have been wearing them religiously. Check them out...

Has anyone been to Jean Shop in the Meatpacking District? I recently saw some of their unwashed denim at Fred Segal was wondering if anyone had bought a pair. Any opinions?

I second that. Go to Amsterdam. THere's nowhere like it in the world. Go to Baba and get a space muffin there with a space shake.
If you're set on buying some denim, I would go to NYC. Check out Atrium on Broadway and Bleeker for a ton of different brands including Evisu. Non de Guerre is across the street as well.
