I'm just not using it.

made in italy, from high-grade aluminum. classic industrial design. if you're a fan of watches, you probably know the famed manometro watch mr. mazzuoli designed. very cool. anyway,
just needs a new cartridge, which'll set you back a few bucks.
$75 shipped in the u.s.

ah, so there are two moscots. one being the retro-ish place, the other a regular-type optician? i'll look into grand central opticians too. thanks

hey, i can't get any decent frames where i live. so i'm going to be visiting nyc soon and wanted to know if anyone could throw out some decent places to pick some up that take VSP insurance. it's pretty common, so i figure some people may know from their own experience. thanks.

I never wear these. They're in great shape. Size 12. Really nice, thick, heavy brown leather and thick light-brown canvas hempy stuff. $40 shipped.

these have been cold-soaked once and then hot-soaked and hastily thrown in the dryer to get the rest of the shrinkage out of the way. and then worn for a while so there is some stretching involved here.
waist: 37
front rise: 10.5
back rise: 15.5
knee: 9
opening: 9
inseam: i had these hemmed and chainstitched to 33" after the hot soak and dry.
hope this helps...

i've had these a while. but i rotate with a bunch of other jeans, so i'd say there's a couple months total wear on them.

front:
indigo-stained piglet my wife gave me for good luck that i keep in the front pocket:

This is a black D&G parka. it's a size M, but fits more like a large. the pics make it look shiny but it's more of a matte black with a very subtle sheen. it's filled with some kind of down that make it extremely warm despite it's very light weight. the buttons are a carved tortoise color and feel really substantial. not sure what they're made of, but, it feels more like bone than plastic. the overall quality on the jacket is really, really nice. it's got a very traditional military style to it, but with modern materials. and a cord that cinches at the waist and on the hood for a snugger fit, if that's what you want. there is a small inch-long tear in the back toward the bottom that has been professionally fixed, and is virtually invisible unless you're looking for it. i've included a picture of the repair too. $200 plus $11 shipping in the u.s.
the repair...

i wear a 34 in rrds and d1002s. they fit slimmer than the rrds. pretty slim in the thighs, for me at least.

just a question here, and believe me I'm not bragging, but has anybody found the crotch area on f380s to be on the tight side? Fire away...
