^^they're made in Japan even though the site says MII. They were literally on sale for a couple days for $130 when I got them and went back to $325 a day later.

So I just received my 21cm MIJ from eluxury size 33(for some reason they were on sale for $130 for a couple days, but not anymore..). The rise seems unusually long, much longer than my 21cm orange overdyes (size 32).
I was gonna exchange them and size down 1 or 2. Is the rise gonna be shorter or did the 21 MIJ cut change under KVA?

^^I have a brand new Himalaya (size 3) in orange from this season that I'd be willing to part with if you're interested. It's totally authentic, got it at Neiman's.

Actually, this is where I disagree with you. Jeans like that look "fine." They're not terrible per se, not great either. It's a basic run of the mill look/fit that you'll find on like 90% of your peers.
The problem is that for a pair of jeans that costs $350 to $450, "fine" shouldn't cut it.
Holy shit, I had no idea that my ill-fitting Diors would cause such in-fighting among the SF family, haha. This just goes to show that even with all these FAQ's and fit-interrogations that you can still end up with the wrong size. I wasn't trying to 'size up' on my pair, and am in agreement that for $300+ jeans, 'fine' shouldn't cut it. That's why I'm not keeping them. After all this, atleast now I know what size Diors I wear.

Hem--8.25"

these fit like shit, they look like bootcut jeans on you. i don't even know how you achieved it
Haha. I think they were sagging off my butt which created the excess fabric on the sides to make them look bootcut. Either way, I definitely need to size down.

Can you provide thigh (from bottom of crotch) and knee measurements, thanks.

it all depends on your taste,
but if you are trying to achieve typical dior homme model styling (like in runway), i think you should size down a lot, maybe 2 or 3. just my opinion.
Thanks for the input, much appreciated. I thought I'd like them looser, but I also like how they fit in the runway pic posted on the last page...decisions, decisions...

Here's a front pic. These are actually a tagged 32. The leg opening is 8.25", so just a touch under 21cm. I like the fit for the most part--they ride right on my hips, but I think I could have sized down 1.

My first pair of Diors. 21cm orange overdyes. Maybe should have sized down 1?

As I wrote in the first post, without a measurement of your jeans laid flat, saying size 32-33 doesn't help.
Dior is out of stock of the grey raws, but I have them in size 28, 32, 33 and 34, 21cm only.
Grapist, I tried searching for info on the grey raws but couldn't find anything. Are they the same as the regular indigo 21cm's, just grey? Do you have a pic? How much? These are not the Dauphins, right? And, are they MII or MIJ. Thanks in advance, sorry for all the q's.

I'm not sure when it started but I bought them 5 days ago...I went on the eluxury site and the 21's were not listed so I googled them and found a link to eluxury and the jeans were on sale so I copped immediately. A couple days later they were back on the original site but not on sale.
