  1. Sent this link to Dan, here's what he said.....

tell them oneof the artists at the DIY gallery/studio Space1026 made it!!! He only made

a random few in different colors. Bought it at one of their auctions to

benefit their "we can barely pay our bills" fund. Beat out some other

suckers on the bidding, and $$$ goes to a cause I support. Thought it was

the funniest image juxtaposition I'd seen in awhile.

  2. Still have a great 68&bros shirt. Used to have the full ine at union. Also did some duble label stuff with SSUR.

Too bad you can't get it in the states any more.

Did McNary Brothers also have a connection with them as well?

  3. Jack Spade in NYC used to carry Loopwheeler sweats. My friend bought 2 they were around $100 I think, maybe $110? They're very nice, heavy loop back french terry fleece, kind of the weight of a supreme sweat. No side seams either, which is kinda cool, totally tublar like a tee shirt. Just that simple little blue tab label on the sleeve which was nice. I was going to pick up one but the biggest they carried was a Large. They only had them in heather gray as well.

This was a around 3 years ago, not sure if Jack Spade still stocks them.

  4. There have always been "fashion" bands in hardcore. Just no one wanted to admit it. All the late 80's Straight edge kids were into a certain look. first high top Nikes or Adidas, then low vans. Champion hoodies and Army pants. It wasn't "fashion" really, but it was a very planned look. Esp in the early 90's with bands like Nation of Ulysses, and later the make up, there was a very fashion centered look. Look at Rocket from the crypt too.

The Skinhead look was always pretty fashionable as well. there were even manuals on how to dress right an what brands to wear and how to wear them.

Not to mention UK Punk in gerenal started in Sex/Seditionaries. All centered around fashion.

That band doesn't look any more stupid than any of the other crappy so called Emo bands these days.

  5. I've tried to get decent jeans done here in the states for around 2 years. So far everything that has come back has been sub-standard. My only sucess had been in HK and Portugal. Most US denim mills don't make dry denim, have no clue when you want selvage and make denim with no original imperfections and bad quality. US reps won't call you back. I think most don't think you're worth their time. Factories in China, Turkey and Portugal are more receptive to smaller companies and return your emails and treat you like a client, not a bother.

I'm not putting you on "blast", I'm simply calling you out for self promoting right off the bat. Anyone on here that's ever done that has lasted all of 2 days on here. This isn't some thugged out gangsta denim forum.

Props for doing your own thing, but sell your stuff somewhere else. I think you could offer your opnion without it being an ad for you.

    Act like you know.

  6. The jeans on the site look horrible. If you've ever even read this site you'd know that coming right in and pimping your brand out right off the bat is the wrong way to go.

    Is this you????

  7. So I'm not allowed to have an opinion? Don't get your panties in a bunch, you obviously have some interest in Know1edge so you take offence to a critical view of the line.

Yes I do, and have done tees, most of the time for other people. I just choose not to use this forum to promote them and myself.

  10. The ubiq thing is cause the owner of Ubiq is tied in with the one dude from Atmos. Homeo, I think his name is.

The JP shoe brand called Ubiq is done by atmos too, but they're kinda seperate.
