your measurements on ebay for the 864 28's said the rise was 21cm... that's 8.25 right? acoording to blue green the rise on them should be 8.75...

21cm is really close to 8.5 and BIG wash everything on the way into the store apparently, perhaps that accounts for some of it. They're quite hard to measure all stiff, so full of sizing or whatever.
