I'd like to know that as well. I'd buy another 76 or 66 in 36/34 but they are sold out for weeks. I still have one pair of each model with all tags attached in their LVC bags but want to keep them in this state as it's the last American denim.

Levi's announced on IG that they'll soon reveal their SS19. https://www.instagram.com/levis.vintage.clothing Will none Cone Jeans be included in this collection or is that still a few seasons off?

I find them to fade medium fast. My oldest 1976 is from last November and gets worn about every second day (office job) for the entire day. In the current summer heat I wash them after 8 or 9 wears. They have developed a nice bright blue base color with contrast fades on higher friction points like the front pockets, some belt loops, crutch and the fly. The hems are beginning to become slightly threadbare in the back. I'll wear them cuffed when that effect becomes stronger in two months or so. These trousers seem to be good for almost another year.

Yes, I meant Jeans like the Lee 101 S and Z and Edwin Nashville, ED-55 etc. which you can buy here in Europe. DA only produces these Jeans. I don't think they own the brand or licensed it. For the true japanophile connoisseurs Edwin Europe also sells some models made in nameless Japanese factories. I thought that was the only connection the Edwin brand has to Japan nowadays.

Lee 101 are not made by Edwin (Europe). They are made by Denim Authority which also makes Edwin and some Nudies. If you compare 101 and Edwin side by side, it's obvious they are from the same manufacturer. Good quality Jeans.

^ Same situation in their German shop. I would go by the description and not by the pictures. The 1969 has the pictures of the 1976 and all sizes but even the US shop has only some sizes of the 1976 left. Recently I read about EU tariffs on "typical" US products (Levi's, Harley Davidson etc.) as a reprisal for possible US tariffs on steel. Might be another reason to get a pair now.

Many models at the Levi's online store are no longer available or only in certain sizes. Maybe these are their last pairs in White Oak Cone denim. I just ordered a 1966 with a voucher I received for signing up to their newsletter. The voucher said it would give 10% off but actually reduce the price by 20 %! German Levi's store, half an hour ago.

Levi's Germany currently gives you 20 % off on all jeans when you use the code BLOCKPARTY. Just ordered my fourth 1976.
