prescription is possible on any glasses/frames, unless acronym superglued the lenses onto the frames which is highly unlikely. any optician would be able to pop the lens out and install your prescribed lenses in. however, the problem is you wouldn't be able to get your prescription onto the colour tinted lenses so it would just be clear.

CP4-WS one size only. do i have to be over 6 feet to wear it and not have it touch the ground?

try looking up CETA, when your package arrives in Canada, UPS will notify you about HST 13% in Ontario and like a $10 handling fee.

The J36-S is priced around the same as the MIC 2.2 J1A-GT, normally GT jackets are priced higher substantially over Stotz assuming both jackets are made in EU. If both these jackets were MIC, the price of the J36-S wouldn't be anywhere close to the price of the 2.2 J1A-GT. This is just my assumption as I cannot confirm if the J36 is MIC or not

it’s pretty safe to assume the recent jackets are still made in EU judging by the prices. if they are made in China, expect to pay $3000 for a stotz jacket.

Those are referring to the "Fabric Technology" and where the Fabric is made and not where the actual Garment is made.

It really sucks, I really wish they would mention where the garment is made, and not just the fabric specifications.

It's not ordinary China factory.

That is not my main concern, I have nothing against anything made in China. The main problem is that I have to pay around 30% more for duties if items are made in China vs tax-free for made in EU garments.

As for the jacket itself, I like the folded down collar way more than I thought I would, and the look with the hood attached less than I thought I would. With the hood on I think I prefer the old look. The logo tape seems a bit far back, but I'm also used to vertical logo tape. All the details I have checked so far (hardware, seam tape, zipper pulls etc.,) have seemed equivalent or purposefully different (shiny vs not shiny zips) from my J28. Though I do think the sling is a bit stiffer and more coarse than that of the J28 (but I'm not sure how much wear has to do with that). I've noticed that the hand pockets have like a dart (??) to provide more fabric/space on the inside, which is cool. I don't know if old models had that or not but the J28 doesn't for sure.

  

I could keep going, but the rest of my opinions really only have to do with comparing it to the only other acronym jacket I have so I'll leave that to be continued later.

Does the face fabric feel any different compared to other GT jackets you handled with? Judging from the product photos (taken down on mothersite now), it looked more like a stotz jacket in my eyes. or maybe its just me.

I don't know the exact amount but the UPS rep said it's over $600CAD. meaning full duties + provincial tax will be applied if the garment is made in China and not EU.

Just got off the phone with UPS because i was wondering why there was a ridiculous duty charge on my J1A-GT coming into Canada. I mentioned to the rep that the garment should be made and shipped from EU and the duties should be significantly less. He then tells me the package states that the garments are MADE IN CHINA and not EU. I have emailed Acronym to confirm if this is true. Will update here.

Not sure about Forelock, but they sent me a replacement logo tape when i found out my j28 didnt come with one.
