Looks like a home-dye protect to me. Especially considering the wide fit.

  2. J70-BU might be the sickest design/material choice from E in a hot fucking minute. Zipper hardware ends exposed and visible on the White iteration is a draw-back though, that's tacky no matter how you market it. Shooting for Black in this case.

To be fair the original P38 was v. different from the current model. It’s been cool watching them iterate, even if it’s a lil too extra for me

edit unless I’m trippin. Wasn’t the original p38 the debut of that style of fly zip, and basically that was its only flashy feature?

    fly zip was on p26

  4. I’m personally shocked at the desire for p38, I recall upon its original release being referenced as a Riot Division level design. Personally not for me but would love to see p30 or p43 in SS. I do enjoy the ventilation detail on the p38 so would be cool to see that incorporated into future/past pant designs.

  5. Received J110TS-GT from HBX yesterday, the design itself is impressive but upon wearing the jacket I realized that the stitching was missing from three different locations;

Right side top part of the Tec-Sys, Top side of the Mid-Flap, and the top side of two of the Velcro patches around the neck of the Storm Hood when unfolded. Not sure if this was one person's job in the factory and it was accidentally overlooked on this jacket specifically, but the QC sticker was on the label so.... Kinda odd that it managed to get past QC without them noticing especially the Mid-Flap as it was very apparent after I was wearing the jacket myself.

Overall, the design is actually very impressive. J51-WS fit perfectly underneath and did not restrict any arm movement like I experience with J1B-GT. Wish the QC issues didn't exist as I would've loved to test this out on my upcoming vacation to NYC but I'll probably roll through Antithesis or Kith and see if I can purchase it again without the sewing issues. Also wanting to checkout P15-DS.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with J110? Mine was a size large, I'm assuming this was just a production issue.

  6. dirty sprite lf1s w/ white laces is my favorite lf1 combo. can I get a photo the exact same angle but the cuffs open and pouring over the shoe please?

also wrong, first P30A did not have raid pockets, A did in fact refer to the cuffs, so yes, P30AL is indeed a misnomer

I stand corrected, I forgot about that surprise J1A/P30A drop.

Sorry, I knew this. I meant for P30 specifically

Yes, the P30 -> P30A evolution consisted of removable cuffs and the raid pockets. I think it's been confirmed that 'A' stands for 'Advanced', which in this case regardless of the removable cuffs being present in the design of the p30AL, they are still an 'Advanced' version of the original P30.

That being said, the pants are atrocious imo. If they were P30AL-S it might be a different story (unlikely) but after trying them on myself in both colors, I can easily say I wouldn't even buy them at 60% off (which I'm usually able to do since size Large never sells out at the retailer I buy from and after the following season releases they apply the discount to past season items).

P15-DS are sick as fuck though and the price is very fair for what you are getting. I'll just be patient for 60% off come SS24 lol.

  9. Sorry, yes, I'm talking about Johanna. Ur right, I bet Moncler acquiring SI is what influenced the closing of SISP.

Guess it's time for me to start grabbing up as many t-shirts while I can lol. I've never had such a perfect fit from a single brand's entire catalogue.

Would have rather E discontinued ACR and pick up SISP again if possible though lolololol.

BUT, then again, I couldn't agree with you more actually. Her leaving the ACR studio was more than just a huge loss, but a great impact to ACR's philosophy as a whole.

but after the 10Y anniversary collection they couldn't really make a whole good collection, only some good items here and there.

I agree with this part, but I could've sworn that Michaela was the sole single designer moving forward for SISP as of SS23, hence why I found SS23 to my liking, and my confusion that the entire brand as a whole seems to have vanished without a trace.

  11. I'm almost certain that SISP was discontinued. It's been removed as a brand from almost every retailer I know that stays up to date with collections. It's been removed entirely from SI's website and if there was a FW/23 they are veryyyyy late with even a preview...

Honestly a shame, I really enjoyed SS/23. Didn't personally pick anything up from the collection but I found it to be a very welcoming palette cleanser to past collections.

Lowkey might sound silly but some of the new branding I do enjoy, the revised type on logo tape seems to have matured, I hope they keep that. Kind of waiting out for another drop for jackets.

The Logo Tape is the same one seen in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
