  1. Recently finished Borderlands 1 and 2:Game of the Year edition. It was alright, can't say I loved it. Not a fan of how much the game play centers around weapon loot and not your own class skills.

Now I'm looking forward to Dishonored 2, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, and Starcraft2:Legacy of the Void, whenever development for that is complete.

  2. This past Sunday, I was lugging up two heavy suitcases and several containers up the stairs as my apartment has no elevator. It was a long day of moving heavy furniture, I was tired and drenched in sweat. Anyways, I got tired on my way up several flights, so I eventually let one of the suitcases down, not in the most gentle manner. In the process, my body also bent forward and I let out a fart..........right onto someone's face behind me. I turned around and our eyes locked. He moved aside and kept walking up as I caught my breath. I hope I never have to see him again.

  3. Rumor has it, in order to show devotion to the brand, one needs to show mastery of the GRAVITY POCKETÆ, have learned all the acronyms for the codes that the brand uses, and shave their head and grow a goatee in order to be qualified for access to the subnet.

  4. Not sure if this is old news but I was chatting to the guys in Arcteryx London last week and they confirmed a women's Veilance range coming soon. Apparently they've taken on a new female designer to push the women's range forward but they couldn't confirm when we'd be seeing the first releases.

Did they say anything about her working on the men's line as well?

After opting to skip the spring/summer collection in 2014 with only fall/winter releases, ACRONYM returns for the milder seasons with its SS-15 collection. In additional to Hardshell, Lightshell, and Next to Skin series releases, we see the return of the 3rd Arm accessories range. As expected from the tech heavy outfitters, each piece boasts highly thought out functional components throughout the collection. The Spring/Summer 2015 range will be available in-store and online March 13, 2015 starting at 11:00AM MST.
  6. don't get me wrong I love ACR gear but I guess none of was thinking "Oh I so hate putting my headphones around the neck while not using them, so I am going to buy this 1K EUR jacket, that have this solution". It's more like to satisfy our inside geek/agentwannabe/otaku/younameit/ninja kid.

This. They're in the business of making weather resistant gear with aesthetic value, so shoes, or rain boots to be more specific, I feel would be the final frontier. For now, I can only dream of the day a pair of boots that look nice, are great for stomping in mud and puddles.

  7. Nice collection. Sypron, where did you get the closet from?

On another note, Acronym has done pretty much everything except their own shoes. Waiting for the day they release futuristic rain boots.

  8. @kindofyoung yea she was cute, same age too.

So a few years back I was taking the uptown 6 train, really early on an autumn morning, listening to this fairly new thing I've been exposed to known as K-Pop. The train is suddenly going on a surprisingly smooth, and quiet ride. The only guy sitting near me is black. My volume is a little over half way up from maximum, and so the guy sitting near me can hear it. Suddenly the chorus to Sorry Sorry - Super Junior, starts playing, and he looks at me.

  9. One of my first year second graders, brought in pictures of her family on vacation for me to look at. She was showing them to me because she wanted me to marry her big sister. Cute? awkward? weird? I wasn't sure what to say...
