If you care: Very thin cotton, wrinkles pretty bad and need to take to cleaners between basically every wear if you care about looking well kept etc (I don't so much). embroidery is attached at left shoulder only Sling that wraps from shoulder and armpit to front clasp keeps it in place/can be adjusted
