  1. How important is sleep/rest for recovery/seeing dem gainz?

    Even when I feel that I get enough nutrients, I still fail to see much mass gain.

    But my sleep habits aren't amazing, could that be a significant factor?

  2. I got a grey cardigan for $6 dollars at a thrift store, only problem is that it has a huge greenish stain on the back, was thinking of dying, but its 50% cotton, 50% acrylic. What should I do?

  3. I have a uniqlo oxford, my only complaint is that the back seems to puff out a bit too much for some reason, even though its pretty tight around the chest area for me, might just be the back of the shirt catching on my pants a bit though.
