you better send them a foot tracing. My white's size was accurate to my heel to toe brannock measurement which was 10.5C for semidress. I wear a 11.5D in trubalance and 11D in modified last.
you got some weird foot lol.
my whites are measured right on the brannock heel to toe as well (heel to ball didnt matter for me since my heel to toe yielded a larger measurement). The alden Plaza last for example runs TTS so I just use my brannock size and for the bigger lasts like tb/barrie/modified I size down by 1/2 just as suggested by leather soul. Fits just fine.
So if you`re whites are taken from brannock why do you size up for the Alden tb/modified lasts? If anything, if you`re a 10.5c on the brannock you should be like a 10c in the alden bigger lasts. but then again, I know the brannock measures in 2d only but either you have the wrong measurement or you got some more fat in your feet that the brannock does not show in length and width.

I was the same in both. Personally, the SD last fits my foot better though.
makes sense, if this is the case then it does show that white`s might be on the loose side (alden modified/tb/barrie lasts run big) but from what I`ve read most ppl go tts and if the 9 fits, then you`re good. better a little long in length than small esp if the ball of your foot doesn`t align with the widest part of the shoe

when I sent my measurements in, they sized me at 7 which is exactly what is indicated on the brannock. I did read here and elsewhere that they are slightly loose in the toes and is probably more evident with the swing last.

anyone else wear a 9.5 in trubalance and a 9 in white's sd?
weird, white sd`s are true to brannock size. with the alden barrie/tb/modified you size 1/2 down from your brannock size.

any visual difference compare to one with celastic toe? @ layne
Thankyou everyone for your help, just one final question. If I go for a toe cap do I need to have a celastic toe? Is there any danger to not getting a celastic toe?
get the single celastic toe so the toe box won`t look sunken in

I thought the o/w has gotten rid of all if not most of the stretches though? Ie. most people here have gone true to size yet some have reported that theirs stretched1.5" on the waist

whats the average stretch on the 007 one wash? Just measured myself to BIG`s chart but wondering if I should size down 1 to compensate for anticipated stretch on the waist.
