Obviously, getting a response or action from them may be a challenge, but it's worth inquiring. I'm not as well-versed in these matters, so YMMV, but here's hoping for a miracle.

That's why I just can't deal with the brand anymore. I'll take a chance on something 70 % off from time to time just to see if MAYBE it's cool...I'm always disappointed. 

I’ll have to take a look into how RCFG takes their measurements but, for the moment, i’m disappointed sizes 33-34 won’t work. Good luck with the cut!

It doesn't sound like you are sorry at all.

Arm length will feel long if you size up, though.

I think it will also depend on what version of the jacket it is. (They tweaked the cut before they did away with the model altogether.)

Shoes are still ugly af.
