Hey there, I stopped in the NYC store last thursday to pick up a "get lit" lighter but they were out of stock instore. I paid for one and was told they ship it to my house. Just wondering if there may be a way to track it and see when it will get to me? I have a square recepit on my phone buy no shipped notice or tracking number. No big deal if I cant but if its available I like to track it.

Kiya, what is the turn around on getting my RN04's hemmed a tiny bit and chainstiched back up? I live in central NJ and would have to take the train into the city. No mail in's correct? Mail backs? I'm only asking because I only have one day off a week, and two trips is about 10 hours on the train and $65 just to get there.

Anyone here ever get the fit of their roys tapered? Hes fabrics are fantastic, the details are amazing, but maybe you wanted a bit narrower fit?

i have mine on now. did these shrink a lot with a wash and did they stretch? i am trying to shrink the waist on mine a bit, and i am debating on washing or not a little prematurely to have the waist shrink up.

After the first soak they shrank a little but streched out again for the most part. After the wash i didnt really notice much shrinking

Few quick IPhone pics of N&F X Big John collabs. Cant get ahold of a good camera at the moment.

Owned for just under a year.

Roughly 8 months of wear.

2 Soaks.

1 Wash.

My N&F and Big Johns are coming up on almost a year old. Figure I could wash them now, but when people reffer to washing them after 6 months of more do they mean soak more? Or soak in detergent? Or just wash like anythign else in a machine?

not the best pictures, but a firend caught a couple glimpses of my elephant 2's at my ceramics class.

All to gethet probably only 3 weeks or wear at most. got them on x-mas and have worn on and off cause they are to thick if its warm out. and twice they have to be repaired already which lost a good month of possible wear time.

so whats the possability on getting a pair of these roys? do a few people get them and not like the fit and usually sell them off?

Yea i posted a few pics when it happened. I had them almost exactly a week. Only like 5 days of wear and when i sat down one time. woooosshhhhhh. It felt as if all the bottons came undone...

I first classed shipped my Elephant 2′s vie USPS out to the factory on the 11th to get them repaired, after the entire crotch blew out. Still haven’t seen them back yet. I’m really upset with how the came apart, the thread just torn right out of the fly all the way down so the part the buttons are on was seperated, and I had to pay to ship them back. If they did it right the first time I’d have saved money and been able to wear them the past three weeks. Smh. :/

I guess mine are also pretty thin. I just recently got the crotch patched.

I have worn them on and off through the summer and switched between my big johns as well so I'd say about 5 months of wear i guess ive had them for about 8 months almost.

lol the first thing i thought when i read kiyas post was, if they are the same jeans wouldnt the measurments be the same???

Elephant 2's back to Canada and its guna take a bit with customs. Anyone get elephant 2 repairs at a local place? Place near me patched and reinforced my nep selvage for $10 flat but my concern is will they be able to work with this thick a denim?

I did email N&F and Brandon got back to me quickly. Just said i can have them repaired or replaced. Eaither way i have to mail them back to Canada. I asked if I could just get a different style, but they said no. I just dont want another seam to rip out on this pair, or to lose rivets like ive seen others do. :/

really weird about all the elephant 2's on here. i have a pair that have lasted well, one of the buttons got a little loose, but they still button up fine.

i've owned like, 9 pairs of Naked & Famous pants and have never had a problem other than the occasional popped button.

I've also had a few pairs of N&F and no problems with any but these elephants 2's. Thats why i tried to ask to get a different style. Figured maybe i could get out of the only style that ive seen problems with. Nope.

more solid evidence of the poor quality in construction and quality control coming from this brand

is this problem just with the elephant 2? I got their skinny guy broken twill and workmanship is good.

I really have only seen these problems with the elephant 2's. Idk why it would only be these jeans though. Maybe it is quality cuts for cost cuts? $165 for these seems cheap compared to the others. If they were closer to $200 id still pay but want to be assured they weren't guna bust apart on me.

They lose the "hair" in wear ares my stacks have some hair and like the white knots show too. My friend said it looked like i was sitting in a paper shreader and covvered in little specs of paper lol

Elephant 2's less than 1 week of wear. Croth by the fly blew out like a maniac. looks like the thread was removed it pulled out so clean.

What do now? With all the problems ive seen on here id rather just get refunded or compensated with a different style. I dont want to have to pay to repair this and i dont think i should have to. And if i do get this fixed whats just pop out or off or apart next?
