    PBJ Western shirt

I purchased this from Foxy around May 2014.  7 washes.  Sized down and it fits very snug on me.  I did a repair darn and there is a hole forming at the elbow, but besides that the shirt is still in good condition.  I'm surprised that it's a slow fader because I wear it weekly with pretty good wears.  Anyways, I still like the shirt. I probably won't be repairing it and go for the more "worn-in/rocker" look.

  3. My elbows on my PBJ Western shirt are about to have a massive blowout.  Everything else seems to be in pretty good condition and the shirt is still a deep indigo color.  I'm debating if I should repair the elbows before it becomes an issue. I'm kind of playing with the idea of beating the crap out of that shirt and rocking out any holes I get.

  4. These PBJ X015 jeans were trashed by Luke. Shows just what you can do to the 14 oz signature denim.

It's crazy to see how shredded those jeans are yet the back pockets are in still pretty good condition.

  5. The shirt is really beautiful. Hoe heavy is it compared to any IH or FH shirt for reference?

The UES and FH are both on par and very warm, but I think the FH is warmer.  I'll double check tonight.

  6. Thanks for all the comments :)

What seam are you referring to dwilson123?

Broark I am also contemplating buying that IH indigo indigo work shirt.

I am also on the fence of buying the TCB shirt.

    :)

To bad that shirts takes quite a while to fade as I am rotating them alot more then I do my jeans. :)

Holio cornolio. My wife has also questioned my shirt collection from time to time (not that I own many shirts)

When I bought the 76 pictured above she said. "that shirts looks exactly like one or two shirts you got already".

It did not look the same at all. according to me.

    I did not tell here

You should get the IH Indigo/Indigo shirt, it looks outstanding.

  7. Well, I'm an idiot.  I decided to do a hot soak in my bath tub last night on my brand new Samurais after a hot wash.  I cleaned up my tub with some cleaner and put my jeans in there.  Later, I see this white spot that it looks like my jeans got in some contact with the cleaner and "killed" some indigo?  I guess I didn't rinse my tub good enough...I'm never putting any jeans in the tub again.

My BKB fit after three soaks and the button moved. The legs still look pretty full - the denim is super stiff and feels heavier than 17 oz, at least if you're used to worn in 14 oz WH denim. I hope they settle for a better fit.

How come you soaked three times? You didn't think you got all the shrinkage out the first time?

  9. I just used SuToCorp services again to proxy purchase Samurai 710BKB from 2nd.  I made a request to 2nd and SuToCorp for a hem as well and they were able to add those complimentary services. I was concerned that they didn't hem them because of their fast purchasing and shipping or communication issues, but that wasn't the case. Great support, communication, and delivery.  I'd use their proxy service again in the future.

  10. There's definitely some slub in it, of course not like on PBJs but I think we'll see some of it down the road.

Max, I'm looking forward to the day you get some PBJs.  Their slub/irregularities/loom chatter is out of this world.  The texture of mine reminds me of sandpaper or braille
