Lefty love the color of the stitching!!
Is there a chemical/product I should stay away from that could damage the tendon stitches?
Haha, I got the wallet right when I was putting some new denim in roatation. Love the blue stitches! Not sure about products to stay away from. I bet mikeecch would know....

I'm only selling mine because they're a bit too tight for my taste and I've got another pair. Otherwise, I'd keep 'em! They're awesome!

It's time to pass these on. I have some other Roys that fit me a bit better so it's time to let these go. It's a shame (for me) because these are just starting to break in.
They've had one hot soak, one hand wash, and one machine wash since late Dec 2010. These are from the first batch of Roys sold at Self Edge. I just got them back from SE where they rehemmed and fixed a few loose threads (seriously, like 3) in the crotch.
Tagged size is 31, but I streched them pretty good when I wore them wet and now after the last machine wash, the waist measures 32. Inseam is 34. Price is $150 shipped CONUS. I'll ship outside the US, but it might cost a bit more.

Leather is yearling, color is Chestnut. No reserve!

Up for auction is a lightly used pair of RM Williams Comfort Turnout boots in Chestnut, (size 7.5 AU/.8.5 US) and boot polish in the same color. Here are the details:
•Dress/work boot.
•Yearling uppers, leather lined.
•Sewn welt non-slip composite soles with flat heels.
•New Poron insole provides superior cushioning and absorbs heel strike for unparalleled comfort.
•Microfibre "sock lining" - soft and durable will breathe and wick moisture away from the foot.
•Suitable for harsh weather conditions or where salt is used for melting snow
I’m a medium/wide measured size 9 and these were just a tad too tight for me even after a bit of break in. I would say that if you are a narrow size 9US or in between 8.5-9 US, that these would be a perfect fit. These are amazing boots! These were worn lightly to an office job for a few months.
Check them out here:

On balance, 34 is more likely to work.

Thanks alot. That what I figured too, but the retailer was telling me that if I'm measiring a 34 (which is what I am now) that a 36 would be the way to go. He told me these were measuring pretty true to the tagged size.
I wearing a tagged 32 (stretched to a 34) in my Levi's STFs and a tagged 33 (stretched to a little over 33.5) in my Roy RS 1. I figure the 34 LVC 47's would stretch back out, no?

Quick question:
Going to pick up some current season LVC 1947s soon.
My true waist is measuring between a 32.5-34 (depending on how much running I'm doing!) I don't want these to fit too tight but would like a nice classic fit. I plan on soaking these first and washing as infrequently as possible. Is a size 36 the way to go for me?

That green-cast is an eyesore. Reminiscent of cheapo STF's
Wearing my cheapo STF verdes today in honor of this cool pair!

I'm pretty much a lurker, but I do have two pairs of Roys - one for a slimmer fit and one for a more relaxed fit. Love these jeans!
