Good call on the pocket bags. They arrived today. Denim is definitely lighter than my lot 800s. I’ve never owned anything with the banner denim but i wonder how this denim compares to that.

i bought a used pair of these on eBay (they haven’t arrived yet) Does anyone know what the deal with these were? The description says they’re 13.5oz which would mean that maybe they’re “banner denim”? But from what I can gather the 1000 was usually made from the heavier 1000xx denim.

Does anyone have fully shrunk measurements for the RS00 in a size 34? I’m kinda nervous about the rise shrinking below 11” if I end up putting them in the dryer. Usually I wear a 32 or 33 but given how I wash and how the black seed denim reportedly shrinks, I figure I’d size up.

I’m really interested in the 505 preshrunk. Can anyone with the 50s and then 505s tell me how they compare to each other fitwise?

I was just going to order what size id take in the 50s (32) but looking at the shop Vancouver’s website they are recommending to size up.

Here’s some poorly lit fit pics of my 66 and 76. The 66 is just off a hot soak/dryer/hot soak and the the 76 have been worn for about a week. Both size 32x34. 66 top, 76 bottom, if you can even tell them apart.

Post hot soak and dryer:

Waist: 30”

Length: 31”

I’m soaking them rn and after that  they’re going in the dryer.

Quick, at work, measurements:

Waist: 33”

Inseam: 34”

I’m getting a pair of ‘76s in size 32x34 in the mail tomorrow. I’ll report back with raw vs soaked measurements tomorrow night.

Strike Gold and PBJ won't work for me because they don't make a cut with a high enough rise. The Samurai 710xx is in my radar but I'm afraid they'll be too heavy.

Are the Warehouse lot 800s considered pretty slubby? They are noticeably slubbier than my resoltues and LVC, but I'm not sure how they rank.

Who makes the slubbiest mid weight denim that I can get in a cut similar to  warehouse lot 800, LVC 1954 501z, or Resolute 710?

what oz does the 710xx end up at after a soak? 21oz? 22oz?

congrats to the previous posts fpr starting on their way down the 21oz highway. I thought I was going to be heading that way too but I liked the 666 cut way better than the others and had to settle for its 18oz. I thought I had my mind set on the 301s but when i tried them on, the cut was just too slim for my legs. Le sigh...

Doesn't the denim for the 666 end up at 19.8oz after shrinking?
