  1. after a very painful 10 days without my XX-11's...

I finally picked them up today at Self Edge.

    *honeycomb rips, 10/10 fix.

*crotch rip, a little uncomfortable to wear because the 11's have a tight fit. When I walk there's this friction and it rubs against my skin; tolerable, overall 9/10 fix.

*cuff fix, I like to double cuff my jeans. The stitching on the right leg is falling apart already. I might hit up BIG soon to get them hemmed if it completely falls apart. At the moment, I'm going to stitch it up again myself. overall 7/10 fix.

feels good to have these babies back. I'm most likely going to head back to Self Edge to get my APC Petit Standards fixed because I wore those out for the 10 days that I was XX-11-less.

  2. omg wow those look amazing...im thinkin of getting my gf a pair how did you size and whats ur height?

I am 5'5" tall and 113 lbs. My body shape is weird though I had to size up on these and my APC's because my butt wouldn't fit. These are actually a 27 and my Petit Standards are a 26.

  3. thanks for the feedback guys!

    here's a full-ish picture of my 11's before I fix them.

I know I skipped 1 month but the picture was crappy so whatever.

More detailed pictures of the 6th month mark soon! :)

0 wash, 3 soaks, 1 green tea soak haha.

  6. Yeah. You can't really tell they are grey. In fact, the only way to really tell, and even then it's hard, is if you put them side by side with another pair of already faded white weft jeans.

But they do help make grey stuff better.

    So...yeah

Panda, does your pair have tears/rips yet?

  7. walked 40 blocks to get home in the NYC Blizzard of 2010.

MTA sucks & city needs to plow the damn roads.

    Merry Belated Christmas. :|

  8. natural green dye i suppose?

Something like that. I don't like how the jeans start to yellow after awhile. The green tea supposedly prevents that and gives it a green-ish overcast instead of a yellow color.
