most user here do that regularly, 35 for international shipping, coz its the standard shipping cost for international. well sometimes it cost more.

dont forget that you spend time, gas, or taxi, etc to go to the post office.

I guess its just a misunderstanding here, refund some of the shipping cost would be good way to solve this.
