how much stretching would occur in the waist? would they do the normal 1.5 like most IHs?

how would the BB fit on me (size 28)? i'm a 27 on my warehouse 660s, and i sort of want a slimmer fit than my 660s. (i'm 5'6 120-130 lbs with a 29.5ish waist)
