Polo - This is a PRL sweater in great shape. I only wore it a handful of times because it is too short on me, otherwise I would be keeping it. Sorry for the bad picture. The sweater is black with a purple PRL logo at the chest despite the washed out color in the photo.

    Measurements -

    Pit-to-pit - 21.75'

Sleeve - 23.5' (measured from shoulder seam to end of cuff)

Shoulders - 17.75' (the shoulders were a bit hard to measure so this may be a little off)

    Length - 24'

    Price - $30 + shipping

Hilfiger - This is a nice grey Tommy Hilfiger sweater in size small. I know this isn't necessarily a sufu approved brand, but I thought somebody might be able to get some use out of it as it doesn't fit me. I have only worn this a handful of times.

    Measurements -

    Pit-to-pit - 21.25'

Sleeve - 23.25' (measured from shoulder seam to end of cuff)

    Shoulders - 15.75'

    Length - 24'

    Price - $15 + shipping

If you have any more questions feel free to ask.

1st Pair - Nudie Slim Jim Organic Dry Ecru Embo in a 28/34. These were worn for about 3 months and have the signature Nudie stitching seam ripped from the back pockets. There is minor fading on the back right pocket and honeycombs.

    Measurements -

    Waist - 14.75'

    Knee - 7'

    Leg opening - 6.25'

    Inseam - 33'

    Price - $110 + shipping

2nd Pair - Nudie Slim Jim Organic Dry Ecru Embo in a 29/34. These only have about a month of wear in them. The Nudie stiching on the back pockets is still intact and there is hardly any fading.

    Measurements -

    Waist - 15.25'

    Knee - 7.25'

    Leg opening - 6.75'

    Inseam - 34'

    Price $110 + shipping

3rd pair -These are a pair of size 30R H&M Chinos that are rather slim fitting. I'm selling them because I've grown out of them, but I probably wore them about 10-15 times. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

    Measurements -

    Waist - 15'

    Leg opening - 7.25'

    Inseam - 31.5'

    Price - $15 + shipping

I am open to offers on these if you don't think the price is fair. Feel free to shoot me any questions.

  3. got some not very good news ! i just ordered 5 pairs of apc from context,

the ps cutting have changed, the tag as well, and also they will stop producing the apc pins from this season onwards.

    Cut has changed how?

  4. A pea coat perhaps? Sterlingwear's Authentic is warm and great value for the money. A number of suggestions for them on SF in previous years. I was happy with mine. A little boxy, but nice high arm holes. Definitely within your price range and would leave some money left over for some other garment, perhaps a hat and gloves. http://www.sterlingwear.com/ Since you mentioned SF, look into the "MEGA PEACOAT THREAD" for more on pea coats. Hope that helps. Stay warm!

Thanks man but I actually already own a Sterlingwear. Not much of a fan honestly, it's cut really poorly for my build.

  5. So I've been lurking sufu and sf for a little over a year now but just recently did I get a decent budget together and am starting to overhaul my wardrobe. It's starting to get pretty cold in Pittsburgh and I need a winter jacket but I'm having a lot of trouble finding something that I like, will be warm enough and is in my budget. It's particularly hard because I don't really know what kind of jacket is going to be the most versatile with my new wardrobe as I haven't really work things like chunky cardigans and OCBDs on a regular basis in the past. Any suggestions on a warm, versatile and affordable (<$250) coat? Oh, and I'm tall and super skinny so nice and slim is a big bonus. Thanks in advance.

    anyone?

  6. The rise is hardly going to change at all when you size up, so that probly wont even help it. You do look like you're wearing them really really high up though, is that because you can't get them down any lower? Or just because that's where you like wearing your jeans?

A bit of both. I've tried sagging them a bit to deal with the rise and tightness but they're pretty tight in the waist too so they don't go down any more

  7. Go run in them or ride a bike for a decent distance man (5 miles or something). My black PS were too tight and then I rode a bike like 15 miles going around a city one day and they got stretched way beyond what I wanted. You can probably stretch them to a comfortable point if you just try more.

Thanks man. I'll try but I'm skeptical as I've already tried playing football in them and that didn't make much difference. Plus the rise is near impossible to change.

  8. Hah oh alright.. well I saw the pics before you removed them.. they didn't look bad really?? If they're too tight for your liking though, I'd say just size up 1. Check Context for measurements to compare 27 to 28.

Also, just my opinion, but APCs will always stretch more if you force them from my experience.

I guess the pictures don't show it that well because they're shitty cell phone pics but they're skin tight in the thigh. I'm just afraid that if I only go up 1 they may not stretch as much as these because they won't be forced as much and they'll end up essentially the same size. As a frame of reference, I could barely button 2 buttons when I first got the 26s

  9. SQuinn, if you can button them all the way, just wait a couple weeks. APCs stretch like nothing I've ever seen and from my experience (I've had 3 pair) if they're uncomfortable for the first couple weeks then they'll turn out fitting and looking great.

I've been wearing them for about 3 months, they're done stretching unfortunately :o

  10. Ok, so I bought some Petit Standards and I fucked up the sizing. Bottom line is I'm out $150 less whatever I may be able to sell them for. To avoid making the same mistake on my second pair I'm coming to you guys for help. These are 26s and I don't know if I should size up to a 27 or a 28 for a proper fit. These are nearly perfect from the knee down actually but the thighs and the rise are pretty killer. Hard for me to tell just from sizing charts if I should size up 1 or 2. Thanks in advance for any advice.
