Well to a lot of people on SuFu, hardly being able to button up the lower button is still too loose. If the jacket isn't so tight that is squeezes your lower intestines and makes ur nuts pop out of your fly, than its too loose.

Dont really get it, are you saying that the best fit for most of the people wearing type III is when it is tight enough around waist, that you can' button the last button up? Because that's exactly how my type III's fit on me, which I thought it's kinda look weird d when you're wearing something longer inside the jacket
