You're saying that yours doesnt have arc too? Is it only water or there are some production of other elements that dont have the arcs?

Pardon my ignorance if this has been discussed before, does all the samurai element got the stealth arc on the backpocket? Coz seems i couldnt find any arc on my samurai water element, or it will appear along the wear? Here's the pic:
